I wear panties everyday and most days I do like to have a nice thick sanitary pads between my legs. I prefer the bigger ones that cover my tiny willy and my bum too. I am not bothered it they are visible. Also sleep with a big pad inside my granny panties every night.

I will use tampons for a day or two most months, only for around an hour or so, helps to soak up the enema. Kinky?

I have and done so for many years all sorts of pads from panty liners to full sized adult nappies dont go anywhere without wearing and always covered with pvc or rubber pants

I have used both. Tampax and sanitary towels. I prefer the older sanitary towels that are worn with a belt rather than modern panty liners.
