I shouldn’t have gone out to play

Those of you who have looked at my photos or chatted to me (lovely people) will know that I like to dress and thoroughly enjoy getting a big reaction!

I also like being a bit risqué so last night, at around 7pm I got myself dressed to go out and do what I do which would include driving somewhere and then doing some walking.

Obviously my favoured stiletto heels were a big no-no because of the weather but I still favoured quite a short skirt, with suspended stockings and on this occasion a pair of blocked 3” heeled ankle boots.

Getting out the car after a drive to one of my favourite haunts confirmed it was cold, but not as cold as where I live and certainly there was little wind so no chill factor either.

I’d sent a few short notice friends to see if anyone was about but no joy, and sensibly so probably from their perspective. After a shorter walk than normal I decided to go home myself.

The pathways had mostly lost their snow or ice and my final titillation a hundred yards or so from my car was to adjust my suspenders on a corner as cars went by.

Moments later I was watching more cars go by, from a different perspective with my skirt around my waist and amongst other things my bright red panties would have been on show too.

Lying there on the ground, winded and with a serious laddered stocking it took some moments to realise that I’d fallen over, no sign of snow or ice but I was getting soaked sitting on the cold tarmac of the pathway. Embarrassed as much as anything I levered myself upright, stood there double, triple checked the floor and it looked alright so I set set-off the short distance to my car.

As soon as I put my right foot down I felt the pain of all pains, stumbled and despite grabbing a nearby shop front still ended up on my arse again. This time the pain in my right ankle was very evident and I literally dragged myself into the shop doorway.

Moments later I wish I hadn’t taken my right boot off to inspect the pain as my ankle had ballooned and I couldn’t get the damned boot back on again !!

The pain was quite bad and I sat in that doorway for rather a long time, maybe half an hour contemplating what to do and trying to avoid the obvious which was to call for help.

Eventually I decided I had to get to my car, and even though it was less than a 100 yards away I didn’t fancy it at all. It was a good few minutes standing on one leg before I even dared move.

The pain was really bad and every time I put any weight on it I felt the worst pain I’d ever had, I basically hopped and dragged myself to the car.

It took around half an hour and I was soaked with sweat by the time I got there.

I seriously considered driving to A&E as I was convinced I’d broken my ankle, foot or whatever but I just couldn’t contemplate doing that in a short skirt, stockings and suspenders and no panties

I’d be there for hours and for sure there would be lots of people about and cameras would undoubtedly be used

I sat in the car for another half an hour as the pain got worse and worse, the whole leg was throbbing. Whatever I did I had to get moving, the engine was running and the car was warm but I was wary of driving especially without using my right foot !!!

My home was about 12 miles away, the car is an automatic but it was dark and icy but regardless I had no choice so eventually I set off.

The journey home wasn’t as difficult as I had anticipated, my car is a hybrid automatic so that made things easier although doing the braking with my left foot was weird.

I have a driveway too and so when I got home the hobble to the front door was somewhat painful but at least not too far. Getting up the stairs was a palaver too and was mostly done on my bum

Finally into the bedroom to get undressed, both stockings were laddered and a write off, taking quite a while by the time I’d packed everything away.

Back down the stairs in my trackies and a t-shirt allowed me to take some painkillers and to get ice onto my swollen foot and ankle which was already discoloured.

I settled on the sofa, telly on and eventually fell asleep before waking up early. I called my brother who came around, helped me into his car and took me to A&E where four hours later it was confirmed I had not broken anything.

They strapped me up, and put me into a boot thing and that is that for the coming weeks.

Blimey! Only a 4 hour wait at A&E is amazingly rapid service!
