Harry, Harry Webber here again

After the marriage ceremony we went back to the hotel to a suprise dinner.... it was lovely and lots of presents....

Just b4 our wedding Luke brought a little vauxhall corsa and it was in that he drove us to our honeymoon cabin with hottub!!

It rained most of the way their and was pouring down and cold when we arrived. It was so chilly....

As we pulled into where sat nav directed us we were met by the owner. He showed us where our cabin was and told us we are the only cabin being used out of the 4 their.

The hottub was on and he suggested we just leave it on.

He congratulated us on our marriage and said "nobody will disturb you throughout your stay..have a good time lads and I have left a list of places to eat out and your dinner reservation at the hotel is at 8.30pm. Details in your cabin.....

He them walked off after handing us the keys......

We got into the cabin, it was beautifully furnished.....

We looked at each other...how the fuck did he know this was our honeymoon? And dinner reservation?

We then noticed that their was a bottle of champagne, on ice with 2 champagne glasses and a letter addressed to Mr & Mr Webber.

I opened the letter......

The letter started.......

"To my Son Harry and my son in law Luke.......congratulations on your wedding....my lose but Lukes gain. I'm going to miss you doing your houdini trick of managing to get into my bed between me and Dylan without us knowing until we woke up! Please enjoy the champagne and forgive me for taking the liberty of booking a evening meal for you at the 'Cheney hotel' .its all paid for including drinks and it's only half a Mile away so you can both drink and then walk home. Enjoy your honeymoon lads. Love to both of you. Dad xx"

I cried and so did Luke.....

We sat, we cried, we drank the champagne.......

Part 1821.

Leo certainly is very 'sneeky' and has a good knowledge of looking into the future, as it was.

I decided not to check the councils website for planning permissions granted....as I know Leo has all that in hand....

As I left the office, Smudge the little fucker, jumped up onto the reception desk and scared the hell out of me again! He's going to give me a heart attack one day...the little shit....

The 4 lads from the building site arrived in reception with their gym bags. They always ask permission to use the gym everytime, even though they have been told numerous times that they can! They really are polite lads....

Bob the builder then arrived to get 'hissed' at again by Smudge.. he really doesn't like him!!

Robert told me that the outside walls are now built and the roof struts are going on tomorrow and then the next day the roof is going on. The lads are really working well.

Brandon came out of the Tannery. He had already sprayed 6 people and said that Bradley has 10 booked for today and early evening.

Clint came in and headed to the gym. I went into the gym as well as I needed to speak to Tom about who's running the classes tonight.

I heard a lot of laughing from the changing room when Clint opened the room door.

I spoke to Tom in his office. His window overlooks the gym room so he can see whats happening...

We then noticed that the 4 builder lads and Clint come into the gym from the changing rooms....they were all shirtless!!! They were all laughing and joking around. They seemed happy.....

Tom prodded me with his elbow, looked at me and then at the lads. One of the lads was laying down on a bench doing some bench presses. Then to our suprise Roger, who works our bar and helps Tony with the functions, walks into the gym....we have never seen him in the gym before..

Clint, using the running machine sees him enter and waves at him. Roger goes over to him and joins him on the running machine next to him.

Ian then comes into the gym and joins Clint and Roger on another running machine.....

Update....

Hello...

It's Harry here...Harry Webber

(God I just love saying that!)

Sorry to intrude on the 'story' but I just have to tell you wot my wonderful husband, Luke, has done!!

As you have read, Luke brought a little vauxhall corsa to use when we were on honeymoon....

Jason told him he could have used one of his cars, but Luke has never driven anything that big and was scared shitless of scratching or damaging it.... so he brought the corsa.

Anyway, Luke, who I've now nicknamed 'Arthur Daley', sold the corsa for a nice profit when we got back from our honeymoon.

Due to my brain trauma my eyesight was badly affected and I have to wear glasses with bottle top lens, which I absolutely hate!! The lens are so thick.......

Luke made arrangements for me to have a half day of work, without me knowing, yesterday.

He got permission to drive the hotels small van and he told me we are going on a mystery tour!!

We drove for just under a hour and all that time he would not tell me where we are going!!

He pulled into a car park and told me to get out and follow him....mmnnnmmnn I thought, wot the hell is happening?

I then saw the sign....it was a 'eye clinic'....

We went in and sat down in reception. He still wouldn't tell me wot was going on. I just knew it was a eye clinic!!!

We got called into a treatment room by the consultant.

Luke immediately told the consultant that I have no idea why he is here as its a suprise!!

The consultant smiled and said 'best decision you could have made coming here'

He then examined my eyes with various pieces of machinery that I have never seen before. It was to be honest a bit scary!

Luke explained about my brain trauma and then gave the eye consultant a letter. As the consultant was reading it I could see it was from the hospital......

He read it, typed some details onto his computer and then gave me a final test which involved him putting some dye into my eyes. That stung a bit!!

He then told me to look into another machine that looked like the space shuttle......

After this he told us that I'm suitable for having 'lens replacement surgery' on both eyes which will give me near 20/20 vision meaning I will no longer, ever, need to wear glasses again!! And best of all I'm fully conscious when they do it and each eye only takes 10 minutes to do!

I've hated wearing my glasses with a passion..they steam up regularly in the kitchen, they sometimes hurts my ears, I'm forever cleaning them etc etc.

The consultant then told us the price for each eye!! Pardon the pun but my eyes watered at hearing how much!!

Luke held my hand and told me that if I want this surgery then say so.

I told him I would love to be glasses free but I can't afford to pay that price for one eye let alone both eyes!

Luke told me that he's using the profit from the corsa sale and the money he has saved....

I started crying.....

Part 1823

Before I start continuing with the 'story' can I please just say something for Luke to read......?

Luke, my lovely 'son in law'....

Last night when you were in the late fitness class, Harry done his normal and came and visited me and Dylan. He was in tears....but as he said they were 'happy tears'.... he told us about you taking him to the eye clinic and paying for the treatment on his eyes to get rid of him having to wear glasses ever again. What a wonderful, lovely thing to do Luke. I'm so proud of you Luke for looking after Harry. And I couldn't wish for a better son in law.

God I'm getting a bit emotional now......

Back to the 'story'......

When Ian told me about Clint and Roger, I, to be honest, thought that Ian had exaggerated a little bit!!

Ian maintained that is what he saw and witnessed and then said "swear of my brothers life"

I believed him then 100%.....

At evening meal I noticed Roger come in the dining room and sat next to Clint...if body language could talk it would have said "LOVE"

Now Roger is full time but does not live in. And neither does Clint who only works Wednesday and Thursdays.

After dinner Roger went back to his duties behind the bar and I noticed Clint was sitting on a bar stool talking to him.....this was unusual for him.

Nothing escapes Leo's beady little eyes and trust me when I say he knows everything that goes on in the hotel!!!

I was in the bar having my nightly brandy with my darling Dylan when Leo and Tony came over and asked to join us.....

Now Roger helps Tony with setting up the function rooms etc as well as running the bar. He mentioned that he thinks Roger is getting close to Clint.

Leo said he will be happy when the extra staff flats are finished as, and I quote him now, ...."They will soon fill up".

He smiled at me.......then looked at Clint and Roger....he knew....

He then looked at me and with a very serious face and told me the following.. "Jason, I thinking about upping the charge for the live in staff to £35 a week per person for staff quarters and £100 per couple for the staff flats. We have all had it cheap for a long time and the charges I'm proposing is well below the average for staff quarters and probably the cheapest for staff flats. I don't want an arguement about it as I know your feelings about it and have rejected a increase 4 times now. But enough is enough. I have already informed the live in staff that as from next month the new charges will apply. I must add that no one objected and the general feeling was it was about time as it was really too cheap for what they get like food, all bills, laundry etc etc"

I looked at Leo....I saw him gulp and a small bit of sweat appeared on his forehead.....

"So you took a management decision without discussing it with me or the managers? And then informed the staff it was happening as from next month?"

I saw the sweat on his forehead become more prominent and he gulped more times!!

He didn't take his eyes off me for one second before saying... "yes, your correct, I did. I make no apologies for it though, as I know it is the correct decision"

Tony stood up quickly and said he will get us all a drink and asked Dylan to help him!!

That left just me and Leo giving each other a look that would probably kill others at 20 paces!!

We never said a word just stared at each other.....

We stared at each other, both had daggers drawn!!! (And I nearly had a heart attack when Dylan later on told me that he knows that saying!!)

I noticed that Dylan and Tony was still at the bar, even though they had been served the drinks!!

I then asked Leo....

"And you think that I'm going to accept that and you think that you have the power to make that fucking decision?"

Leo answered with one word....

I didn't say another word to him. But I shouted at Tony..."I'm dying of thirst here mate, bring the bloody drinks back....I need one!"

Dylan and Tony sheepishly brought the drinks back and sat down.....

I asked Tony what he has heard about Roger and Clint?

"Well, Roger is always talking about Clint and how good he is at his job and how well he is doing"

I stood up and went to the bar with my drink and sat next to Clint on a bar stool......

Both of them looked at me and then at each other.....

I couldn't resist saying "how you doing lads? Bit late for you Clint isn't it? Makes me wonder if your enjoying being in Rogers company?"

I saw both of them go beetroot red in the face....

Then a guest appeared and Roger went to serve them......

I looked at Clint..."Well it looks like the rumour mill could be right. Is their anything going on between you too?

Clint kind of coughed and cleared his throat before saying "I like him Jason, his a nice lad and we get on well, that's all"

I smiled at him ...."that's nice to hear mate... Roger has always been a bit of a loner and nevers talks about his private life as such in public. He does his job and then goes home"

Roger finished serving the guest and comes back and sees Clint smile at him........Roger smiles back.

I then said, which perhaps in hindsight I shouldn't have said...."look you 2 if ever you want a room for the night to get to know each other a bit better or just chill out and relax your welcome to borrow one of my spare bedrooms as the staff quarters are full?"

As soon as I said that, I regretted it!

Their both looked at each other and went redder in the face!!

Later that evening Roger was tidying up the bar, all guests and staff had gone and he poured me a brandy...

He asked me if there was actually any rumours about him and Clint, or did I just notice it?

I told him that some members of staff have noticed that you 2 are a bit closer than normal.....

He told me that he likes Clint a lot. I told him that Clint likes him as well....

He then kind off stuttered a bit before saying "did you mean what you said earlier about me and Clint staying over one night?"

I smiled "would you like that too happen bud?"

"When you said what you said, me and Clint had a chat and even though we aren't really gay or anything, we did think that we would like to spend more time together away from prying eyes, if you know what I'm saying?"

"Well....I said, if you 2 want to spend an evening together, you can borrow my flat until about 11pm and then have one of my spare bedrooms for the night?"

Roger looked at bit bewildered at that answer but managed to say "thanks, I appreciate that Jason,"

I retired to my flat and had a cuddle with Dylan on the sofa...

Knock on the door,.....Dylan shouted 'hello, doors open'.

In walked Leo......

Dylan, conveniently just realised, that he has to defrost something for tomorrow and quickly left the flat!!

I invited Leo to sit down and he sat on the sofa opposite me....

I asked him if he wanted a coffee or something stronger like a brandy!!

He refused both and started to speak.........

I stuck my hand up as to say "shut up"

I started speaking.......

"Leo.....you know my feelings on charging the lads rent....you have fought me 4 times on this so far, all unsuccessful. This time you went in that direction without my consent and in my opinion you undermined me. You made a decision without raising it first with me, then the Directors, then with the managers and then finally with the staff. I own this hotel Leo not you. Yes you are a director, but so is Dylan, Tony and Ian. You have undermined them as well. That took a lot of guts and determination on your part as you could have faced a backlash from me, your fellow Directors, the managers and above all the staff. So I will ask you one question which I want you to answer with a simple yes or no. The question is.....are you now going ahead with increasing the rent for the live in staff.. yes or no Leo?"

Leo looked at me fully in the eyes and, without fear, and with confidence said "Yes"

I looked back at him....their was silence for what seemed like hours but was no more than 10 seconds before I said "and your fully confident you have made the right decision?"

"Yes, I have and stand by it"

I smiled..."that's why your my General Manager Leo. A person not frightened of making hard decisions. Now the best thing for you to do if call a Directors meeting and tell them of the rent increase, then at a managers meeting tell them and then write individual letters to each live in member of staff please"

Leo smiled....he knew he had won!!

He thanked me and gave me a hug....

As he was leaving he handed me 2 pieces of paper......

The first sheet was the agenda for a managers meeting tomorrow with the rent increase listed!!

The 2nd piece of paper was a copy of a letter to all live in staff informing them of the rent increase!

What a fucking little shit!!!

Well Jason you taught him and you encouraged all you staff and managers to think for themselves and make decisions. Yes Leo didn't follow procedures but like all the staff they love you and don't want to take advantage of your good nature. Next morning.

Clint reported for work and by pure coincidence (!!) Roger just so happened to be in reception as he arrived!! They smiled at each other before they both disappeared to find Ian.......

Billy looked at me and smiled saying "mmmmnnnn that was a nice smile they gave each other!"

A minute later a older couple came into reception....they must have been in their 60's.

Billy spoke to them and showed them to the reception sofa to sit down and I heard him call on the radio for 2 cups of tea.....

Billy then went and got Arlo from his office.

I saw Arlo shake the couples hands just as Harry was bringing them their hot drinks.....he also brought them a couple of fairy cakes that he had baked...

A few minutes later Martin and Liam appeared with the heated trolley and today we had a choice of sandwiches and some fairy cakes that Liam said him and Harry are experimenting with.

Arlo then radioed for Tony to join him at reception.

When Tony arrived they all disappeared out of sight.....

I asked Billy who the couple was...Billy smiled saying "they want to get married!"

Leo then joined us at reception about 30 minutes later, said hello to us and disappeared into the office. I went into the office and asked him if he's ok?

Before he could answer their was a knock on the door and Tony, Ian, Tom, Brandon, Arlo and Dylan came in and sat at the conference table. Of course, it was the managers meeting.

I went for a walk and saw Aiden was now dealing with the older couple from earlier.... Roger was also with them....

A bit later, they came back to the reception sofas and sat down. I saw the couple look at some paperwork that Aiden has given them and I saw them sign the paperwork.....

Then Roger stood up and came to Billy and gave him a credit card asking him to charge £1275 to it. Billy put the card in the card reader and handed the card and the the receipt back to Roger. The older couple left and Aiden and Roger came over to us.

"What a nice couple, they want to get married here, have a nice evening meal and then stay in the honey room suite. Shame its just the 2 of them...and I had to remind them that they need 2 witnesses to the marriage.. in the end they told me they don't have anybody else, so I told them that if necessary we will provide the witnesses!! Hope that's OK? Their now on the way to the registrar's office to book the date. I have already confirmed the date is free with the registrar"

Well done Aiden and Roger....

Before Roger left he asked to speak to me and went back to the sofa so we were out of earshot of Billy.

"Is your offer of your flat for the evening still on? If it is, is tomorrow night OK? We want to watch a film and talk and then stay over in your spare bedroom?"

I smiled and asked "if your 100% sure this is what you both want, then yes it is?"

He gave me a hug saying "yes, it's what I want and if you find us in the bedroom then you know it's OK with Clint as well"......

Leo and the managers came out of the office as obviously the meeting had finished.

Each manager was holding a piece of paper in their hand....

The lads was smiling and Arlo seemed extremely happy...

They all went back to their jobs apart from Arlo who disappeared to the Tannery with Brandon.

Me being nosey followed them to the Tannery!! I asked them if their OK? They both smiled and told me that Leo has given them the go ahead to increase the number of spray tan booths they have and employ another full time member of staff. Arlo told me that my next marketing campaign has to be the Tannery....

I went back to reception and Leo asked to see me....

He told me the same as what Brandon and Arlo told me but added that the 'cupboard' beside the Tannery, when it's cleared out, will hold at least another 3 spray tanning booths. The stuff in this cupboard can mostly be thrown away.

The hot plate trolley came round with Martin and Harry...bacon sandwiches and cappuccino please!!

How strange that as soon as Clint arrived in reception so did Roger!! Billy noticed it as well and smiled at me, nodding in their direction...

I just got my bacon sandwich and cappuccino and was watching Roger and Clint smile at each other...

I went to pick my sandwich up and it was gone!!

Billy started laughing and pointed to the floor.....fucking Smudge nicked my bacon sandwich and was eating it on his bed! Little bloody shit!!

Martin made me another sandwich and Harry was nearly pissing himself laughing......

The next minute the bloody little shit jumped onto the reception desk and went to grab my new sandwich!! "Too slow this time you little shit" I said, as I grabbed my sandwich from the plate first! The fucker hissed at me!! Then he jumped down and followed the heated trolley to the gym!!

Billy was practically rolling on the floor laughing......

I went for a walk to see how the new extension is getting on...the external walls are now nearly built and when the roof is on I will be pleased.

My radio crackled telling me that Sam is on the phone for me...

I went into the gym and picked up the internal phone and Billy put me through to Sam....

"Hi Jason, just a quick call, I'm been reliably told that Mr dodgy bollocks is in court tomorrow for sentencing. The CPS are holding out and hoping that he gets a custodial sentence."

I thanked him and asked him if he could keep me informed please....

I went to the kitchen as I heard that Harry and Liam have produced a new training format for Martin who helps out when needed.

I saw the instructions, nicely printed and laminated so I had a read.......

1) Talk with customers about their requirements.

2) Produce sketches and photos of previous orders for designs and decorations to show customers.

3) Give estimates for costs and time.

4) Bake cakes to order.

5) Add icing, chocolate, decorations and messages.

5) Wrap finished cakes ready for delivery.

6) Clean work areas and equipment

I then saw a 'training' manual that Harry, with the help of Liam have produced. I was impressed with the contents......

When I was walking back to reception, Roger saw me and walked towards me.....he was smiling "Jason, is it all right still if me and Clint borrow your flat tomorrow until 11pm? "

I told him it's still OK, but I will make up BOTH bedrooms to be on the safe side in case one of you thinks sharing a bedroom is too much too start off with..

Later on I was sitting in the bar looking through some paperwork when Clint, having finished his shift with Ian in the gardens, came into the bar. He asked if he could speak to me? He asked if he could have a quick shower first before we chatted. I told him I'll be here for about half hour so have a shower and come back......

15 minutes later he came back, his hair still wet...he sat down. In front of him was a pint of cider that I knew he liked. He thanked me and got his wallet out to pay for it!! I told him the pints on me....

I could see his brain working overtime in what he was going to say......

Eventually I saw him take a big breath...... "thanks for letting me stay tomorrow night and giving me and Roger time to ourselves. I'm a bit frightened.....I've never done anything like this as such and don't what to make myself look stupid. What happens if Roger wants too much from me?"

I looked at him....."Clint, the object is for you BOTH to enjoy each others company and that means not putting each other under any pressure to do anything that you feel uncomfortable with. I don't know whether Roger has told you but I will make up both bedrooms so you can have a bedroom each, unless you both feel like sharing a bed. Just go with what you feel comfortable with on your first date.....and take it from their."

He then told me that Roger had told him about the separate bedrooms and said he would respect his decision if he didn't want to share a bed. He also told him that he was a bit scared as well.....

I smiled and asked if he's actually ready for this date? If not tell Roger that it's a bit early at the moment?

Clint then told me...."but I really like him Jason, I like seeing him naked in the gym showers, and have actually seen his cock erect. I think about that often and when I'm in bed.....well you know what I mean"

I replied "yes I know what you mean mate!! But my suggestion to you is to enjoy the date, experiment to see what you enjoy and take your time"

Clint smiled and shook my hand!!!

Next day.....

Midday I got a phone call from Sam.

Mr dodgy bollocks has been sentenced.

For all the hurt, stress and anxiety he caused, the judge sentenced him to 18 months imprisonment on EACH charge, all to run 'concurrent' SUSPENDED for 2 years, plus 150 hours community sentence, a £1,650 fine plus £187 victim surcharge.

FUCKING SUSPENDED!!

3, in my opinion, serious charges, each being given 18 months each. that's 54 months and the judge SUSPENDED them for 2 years so he walks free from court!!! Who's he going to rip off now to pay the fine and victim surcharge!! And 150 hours community service!

WHAT A FUCKING JOKE!!!

And to make matters even worse this victim surcharge of a petty £187 I was going to give to Arlo's charity, to be told I don't actually get it!!

And this is called 'Justice'???

I was now upset, angry, and pissed off.......

Look at what happened to Dylan....?

Prison for a motoring offence of speeding and not stopping for the police. And then the screws torturing him resulting in him losing a testicle with internal injuries and many screws going to prison themselves for doing that...?

I headed to the bar......

I was shocked to the core....

I asked Roger for a large brandy and sat at a table thinking about how fucked up the judicial is in this country.

Dylan found me and sat with me..Sam had also contacted him to "look out for Jason as Mr dodgy bollocks has been sentenced"

He sat and told me that Sam has told him the sentence and how disgusting it is. He gave me a welcome hug and told me to draw a line under it now. He pleaded guilty and has been punished....

I was fuming and told Dylan "punishment? You call that punishment? More like a slap on the wrist."

Roger brought over 2 more brandys, one for Dylan and the other for me.

The next minute the lovely Sam arrived and gave me a hug. He was also appalled at the sentence. He told me the only consolation is he has to do 150 hours of unpaid work which we help will be hard Manuel work.

Sam also told me that the police are also pissed off at the leniency shown by the judge and Mr dodgy bollocks is now 'a marked man'

I heard over the radio Billy calling for Harry to reception as Mr & Mrs Wilson are here to collect their cake.....

Dylan told me to come and have a look at this cake...he said its a bloody masterpiece!!

I walked to reception with Dylan.

Harry and Liam came in carrying a large cake box. They put it down on a table and opened the box up.....

Mrs Wilson started crying!!! Mr Wilson put his arm round her waist to comfort her.....

Harry was distraught and I saw tears forming in his eyes........he started hopping from foot to foot which he does before he sobs his heart out......

I was just about to get involved..not a wise choice as I was still fuming and would have defended Harry and Liam to the hilt.

Then Mrs Wilson moved forward and hugged both Harry and Liam saying "it's beautiful, better than I imagined, it's perfect"....

It was a 50th wedding anniversary cake for her parents....

Mr Wilson shook both their hands with him saying "that's one hell of a talent you have lads, congratulations"

Harry was still a bit emotional and Liam put his arm round his waist.

I needed some fresh air to clear my head, but I did feel better after Mr & Mrs Wilson praising Harry and Liams cake skills.

The new extension now looks like a building!! The roof struts are up and tomorrow they are putting the roof covering on.....then it's the inside work to complete.

As I was walking back to reception I noticed in the distance a pushbike being ridden up the drive....of course it was Clint arriving for his 'date' with Roger!!

I got to reception the same time as Clint did...he said hello with a big smile on his face and his backpack on his back...

It was now 5.00pm and Roger appeared in reception after finishing his shift for the night.....he saw Clint and gave him a huge smile....

I took them both upstairs to my flat. Dylan was already their and as we went in we could see him making up the bed in the spare bedroom. He said hi to us all "that's both bedrooms done just in case lads"

Both of the lads put their overnight bag in the first bedroom.... I showed them where the bathroom was and told them to relax and if they needed a shower or anything just help themselves as with the kitchen.

I told them that if they make a mess to clean it up and that at least shorts has to be worn at all times!!

Dylan came into the living room with 4 cappuccinos.....we all sat and had a general conversation about life.

Roger asked if he could have a shower now as he has just finished work and hasn't been to the gym and used their showers.

Dylan told him that clean towels are hanging up in the bathroom

He disappeared to the bathroom.

Both me and Dylan could tell that Clint was still a bit worried about his date with Roger......

Roger came out of the shower with just a towel around his waist...I saw Clint look and smile....

Roger went into the spare bedroom and came out in a tee shirt, shorts and sliders.......

Me and Dylan left them to it saying we will see them at evening meal and Dylan headed to the kitchen and I headed to reception....

As me and Dylan was walking down to the hotel I sensed that he wasn't happy, and asked him if he's ok?

He looked at me.....

Yes I've been a bit stupid on letting Roger and Clint borrow the flat. And yes it's mine and Dylan's home.

I can fully understand why Dylan is upset with me and I told him and apologised.

I promised him it won't happen again.

Dylan smiled "I don't mind Harry or any of the others visiting or even people staying overnight if its late etc but having to keep out of my home until 11pm is a bit much"

I hugged him, apologising again and told him I've been stupid and should of thought it through better. I told him " I'm so sorry, we own a bloody hotel and I could have just given them a hotel room for the night. I didn't think, Dylan I'm sorry...I'll go and move them into a room now"

Dylan grabbed my arm...."no Jason, that's not fair and that would push them to sleep together which one of them or both of them are not ready to do yet"

Fair point and sensible I told him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He told me he wants more than a bloody kiss later.

I realised that I took Dylan for granted....

Evening meal was called....

Clint and Roger came down and sat at the table......

A few of the lads looked at them, wondering why they are here? They knew Roger had finished work and he normally goes straight home and Clint doesn't work on a Friday.....

It was Ian that said "hello Clint, can't keep away mate?"

Harry still has 'Harry-itus' and again didn't engage his brain before saying "their shagging...him and Roger, I bet!!!"

The room went quiet and they looked at Harry before then looking at Roger and Clint.....they both had very red faces and started 'shrinking' in their seats.....

Roger gave Harry one hell of a look, that could kill at 100 yards, and said "thanks Harry, tell the fucking world will you!! One day your mouth is going to get you in trouble and somebody is going to put a fist in it"

Harry realised he had said something he shouldn't have and apologised immediately saying "I'm joking, it was a joke Roger, I didn't mean any offence mate!"

Poor Harry was mortified at what he said and what Roger replied.

Harry is the most caring and sensitive lad you will ever meet and genuinely means no harm to anybody. But he really does need to think before he speaks!!

Mother hen Tony rescued the situation by saying "Harry, you need to think more and Roger he ment no harm ....its was Harry just being Harry. His apologised but to be honest you 2 he's not the only one who has noticed you 2 have got closer. So if you 2 are beginning a relationship then the best of luck to you 2 as your both nice lads"

Harry stood up and walked over to them and apologised giving both of them a hug....Harry then offered his flat if they want some time together in private in the future. Roger hugged Harry back saying "thanks Harry we just might take you up on that offer!" All 3 of them smiled...

After dinner I gave Roger and Clint my spare key card to my flat and told them to enjoy themselves....

I went to reception where James and Billy were, and told Billy I'll stay and told him to relax with Jack... Billy smiled, thanked me, gave me a hug and was gone within 10 seconds!!!

Jack disappeared to get us both a cappuccino and I was looking at the computer to see what was happening tomorrow when I noticed Smudge in 'covert' mode sneaking towards me....hiding behind the sofas and chairs etc....

I was bloody ready for him this time!!!

I ducked down and childishly crabbed towards the other end of reception so when he pounced onto the desk I would be behind him!!!

The little bugger pounced.....looked shocked I wasn't their and then I got my sweet revenge!!

I got behind him, touched his back and shouted "boo!"......

He jumped, no word of a lie, 5 foot into the air, hissed, landed on the floor and run off back towards the bar area!!!

I shouted "yes!!!" To myself and realised what a fool I am!! It's a bloody cat!!!

I was giggling to myself when James appeared saying "something funny boss?"

I told him about Smudge and how I got my revenge.....he said he's going to report me to the RSPCA as his sitting on Ian's lap shaking like a leaf!!!

I must confess I had a bit of sympathy for Smudge, but not a lot as he's nearly given me a heart attack many times by sneaking up on me!!!

Dylan, Alex and Sean were in the kitchen getting things ready for the afternoon tea tomorrow and the carvery on Sunday.

Aiden joined us on reception and plonked himself down on one of the stools. He was still wearing full uniform, well the top half anyway..

Josh obviously is working lates in the gym.....

One thing I admire about Aiden is the fact he's not work shy and he doesn't like doing nothing....if Josh is working late and he is on early's he will continue working after his shift, wherever he is needed, until josh has finished as well.... he's becoming a 'spare' that all departments can use if they need help.....

I worry how Roger and Clint are getting on?

The gym fitness class was in full swing tonight....32 in attendance for the 7.30pm class. And 29 booked in on the 8.30pm class. That's over £600 in revenue alone.

The bar was busy as well and twice Scott had to come to get more change for the till.

James went to get 3 cappuccinos for us and returned with some peanuts as well....he just fancied a pack so on the way he brought them from the bar!!

He told me that Harry's in the bar feeling a bit glum about 'outing' Roger and Clint. His sitting by himself in the corner over a pint..

I went to see him and grabbed a brandy from the bar before sitting on his table....

Before I could say anything he said "me and my fucking mouth...I still haven't learnt to engage my brain before I talk shit"

I agreed with him and told him that "before you speak, stop and think what your going to say before you say it....."

He promised me that he would try...

Liam and Aj walked over and sat down on our table....Aj asked if we all wanted a drink?. I asked for a brandy but Harry said he going to his flat as he was tired.

When Harry disappeared Liam told me that Harry is really upset about what he said to Roger.

After I had finished my drink I went to make sure that Harry was ok.

I got to his flat and knocked on the door. I heard a 'hello' so I walked in......

Harry was in a pair of shorts sitting in the corner of his sofa cuddling his Teddy that the WRVS ladies gave him.....His eyes were wet and red. It was obvious he had been crying......

I heard a knock on the door and I went to answer it....I was shocked to find both Roger and Clint standing their....

Roger was upset and said he needs to apologise to Harry for what he said to him about punching him in the mouth....

Harry heard and came to the door and invited them in....

I hugged Harry and left to find the love of my life.....Dylan

I'm pleased that Roger and Clint went to see Harry to apologise for what he said to him....even though Harry was lucky he didn't actually get punched in the mouth.

I know Harry didn't deliberately mean to 'out' them.....I really believe he didn't and it was only after, he realised what he actually said.

But, that's Harry!! Honest as the day he was born and the most caring lad you will ever meet. Shame he has such a 'big mouth'!!

Anyway I found the love of my life in the bar. He had just finished getting things prepared for tomorrow.

I sat next to him and I saw out of the corner of my eye....smudge walking towards me....as he got to me I heard him meow and look at me.

I looked at him and as I opened my arms he jumped onto my lap and purred away...obviously he has forgiven me for getting my own back on him. Hopefully he will remember that 2 can play his game and he won't frighten the hell out of me again....

Dylan looked at the clock and as it struck 11.00pm he looked at me... I know he is still a bit angry at me for letting Roger and Clint use our flat...

We both headed towards our flat and as we got their, I knocked on the door first and waited a few seconds before opening the door.....

They were nearly fully dressed, just shirtless.....

The film they were watching had about 10 minutes left and Roger asked if they could watch it until the end..... it was Dylan that said of course they can and he went to put the cappuccino machine on.

He brought back 4 cappuccinos just as the film was ending.

The boys thanked us for allowing them to have some time together but have decided to sleep in separate bedrooms as, and I quote Clint, 'we both don't think the time is right at the moment'.

Next morning 05.30am

I got up to have a shower and as I was walking to the bathroom a naked Clint walked out!! He was drying his hair with the towel that should have been wrapped around his waist....

I don't know who was shocked the most? Them or me!!

Clint already had a shower so why was he naked also?

Part 1842

We sat at the dining table all wondering what was going to be served for breakfast!!!

The answer was.....

Maple syrup pancakes!!!

We had pancakes, each had a different topping.....

Maple syrup, Jam, lemon juice and sugar and cream cheese !!!

And then 2 waffles with poached eggs on top!!

I must confess...an unusual combination but absolutely delicious!!

In fact the lads were praised by the others......

Dylan really encourages the lads to be creative and experiment with food.......he gives them a free hand to do what they want. He approves the menu the day before and offers advice and encouragement.

Billy was going through the things to do and happenings today.

Harry and Liam are doing afternoon teas which pleased both of them no end.....

Arlo has a meeting with a wedding fayre organiser who wants to hold wedding fayres at the hotel. Apparently this organiser is the leading wedding fayre company who holds 20 fayres a year in our area.

On checking out the company, Arlo says he found that last year the company held 21 fayres with over 4,000 people attending in total.

This company is bringing 5 people in total to the meeting and Arlo has arranged for Tony and Roger to be present to answer any technical questions like lightening, sound etc etc.

Roger and Clint again thanked me for letting them stay and apologised for the 'sight' I saw when they thought I had left the flat!!!

I asked them if they were OK?

They both looked at each other and smiled.......

Part 1843

I went to the gym for my Saturday work out....

Connor and Graham were cleaning the changing rooms and showers, dressed in shorts and flip-flops.

The showers and changing rooms are always immaculate and well stocked with towels, shower gels etc.

Tom really is on top of things....

I went into the gym and found Josh wiping down and disinfecting all the machines etc.

Tom was in his office and I joined him in my gym kit......

He told me he now has 103 gym members paying £40 a month and last month he had 163 'pay as you go' guests.

Also he undertook 98 treatments and William done 108 massages.

600 guests in the fitness/boot camps

Brandon done 87 spray tans. Bradley done 103 and Heather 36. The sunbeds usage was equivalent of 43 hours.

The gym certainly being used well as is the Tannery.

The gyms last month turned over £15,460 and the Tannery £9,703... that's over £25,000 a month turn over.

I was called over the radio by Billy asking me to come to reception

No peace for the wicked (yes you guessed it Dylan never heard that before!)

I got to reception and Bob the builder and one of his builder lads was waiting....

I obviously wasn't in u informed but in shorts and tee shirt.

Robert apologised for visiting on a Saturday but he wants a quick look at the restaurant and the plans to extend it.

I told him that afternoon teas will be starting in about hour and half?

He said he needs about 45 minutes to quickly measure up the folding doors he will need and to check for other things like electric sockets and flooring.

I got the 'plans' out of the office and asked him to return them when he's finished and I will get them copied when he starts the work so he has he's own copy to have.

I eventually got to do some gym work. I love the rowing and running machines and the leg curl machine

By the time I got back their, there was a few clients already using the weights and other weight equipment.

I recognised one using the weight lifting machine as one of Bob the builders lads. Graham was 'spotting' him. He saw me and said hello.

Connor came into the room, shirtless and the light was glistening off his nipples piecings. The sweat was also running along the nipple bars.

The gym was getting busy now so I decided I had done enough (!) And headed to the changing room.

Harry and Liam was getting prepared for a full afternoon teas and roped Martin in to help...

Martin was laying the tables and whistling.

"Phone call Jason please in reception" I heard over the radio.

Life saver from having to answer Martin!

I got to reception and picked up the phone......

It was Arlo's dad....

He was distraught and after what he told me, so was I.....

His flying out to see Arlo in person in the morning, and then flying back the same day to be with Mia...

I told him I would get Tony to pick him up from the airport.

I could sense both Leo and Billy staring at me...

I was visably upset and nearly crying......

After putting the phone down I told both of them that they are not to say anything to Arlo or anybody about that phone call......

Knock on office door and in walks Dylan...

He asked if I'm OK?

Leo had asked him to check on me but didn't tell him why....

As soon as I saw Dylan I burst into tears.....he hugged me.

I told him what Arlo's dad said and all I got from Dylan was "oh shit.. Arlo's going to be totally deverstated and I think Aiden will be as well"

At evening meal I saw Arlo come in with Brandon smiling and laughing with each other....

Arlo was really happy.....

Tomorrow his world is going to fall apart and their was nothing I could do to help him until then. And then I could only support him and try and comfort him as best as I could do.

I felt upset and sick and had to leave the dining room....

I went to my flat....took my jacket and tie off and sat on the sofa. I'll glad I'm not in Arlo's dad's shoes tomorrow's.

10 minutes later their was a knock on the door.....

I shouted 'hello'

The door opened and a voice asked "you OK Jason?"

Of all the people in the hotel..
