Hi there, im Ryan i just turned 18 a week ago, im a builder too ive only been on the books a few months , i started last summer, i love it, working outside, get my top off, the guys I work with are great and they look out for me.

Yeah i train most days either at gym or at home me and my dad have a home gym and ive been lifting since i was 14.
