I was taken aback when my job required me to undergo a physical exam. I've always prided myself on staying fit and enjoying outdoor walks, but ever since I relocated to a new area in Edinburgh after I’d split with my wife, my routine had shifted. I found myself indulging in a few beers after work, followed by the occasional pizza or kebab, and often drifting off in front of the TV. I suppose it's fair to say that I've let myself slip a bit and am not as in shape as I used to be.
On the morning of the exam, I took a refreshing shower and chose a decent pair of white briefs, fully aware that the nurse would be seeing me in them. With a blend of nerves and anticipation, I made my way to the local surgery for my appointment.
I didn’t wait long before I was called in to see Dr. Alex McAllister. As I opened the door, I was met by a man in his late 50s, with silver cropped hair and a neatly trimmed beard. He sported fitted cigarette-leg jeans and brown boots, striking a balance between laid-back and professional. “Take a seat, Jamie,” he said warmly, his gaze steady. “You’re here for a physical, but I must say, you look like you’re in pretty good shape.”
I brushed away the compliment, mumbling something about having let myself go since my wife left. Dr. McAllister raised an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips as he picked up the clipboard from his desk. “Oh, I see. Well, let’s get started with the exam.” He asked me to remove my shirt and positioned himself behind me.
"This might be a little cold," he said, placing the stethoscope against my back. “Take a deep breath.” As he listened to my breathing, I noticed it was slightly laborious. I couldn’t pinpoint why, but amidst his examination, I felt a strange sense of arousal creeping in. His left hand rested gently on my side as he moved the stethoscope around, and suddenly, I became aware of my body responding in a way I hadn’t expected, was I really getting stiff.
“That sounds good to me,” he remarked, pulling back the stethoscope.
“Thanks, Dr. McAllister,” I replied, feeling a bit flustered.
“Please, call me Alex,” he said, moving to the small sink in the room to wash his hands. As he turned back to face me, I couldn't help but notice the visible outline in the front of his jeans—an impressive erection that caught my eye.
“Okay,” he said smoothly, “why don’t you go ahead and slip those trousers down, and we’ll continue with the exam.”
