Arlo was really winding up Ethan and Jacob about our table tradition!!

I laughted and told them it's not compulsory and their not actually members of staff, so don't worry about it!

Jacob asked why it's a table tradition?

"It started the first day we opened. It was to prove our loyalty to each other and prove we are all the same and we that we won't hide nothing from each other. We are one big family. And if you do join us you will find that out. I don't care about your past, and neither do any of the lads. Whether you have been in trouble, been in jail, got no qualifications, didn't attend school, have a disability, gay, bi or straight. Live by yourself or with family. I only look at what you can offer the hotel. The past is in the past, it can't be changed. So we all look to the future. I call it 'giving a 2nd chance'. We all have made mistakes in our lives as nobody is perfect. As long as you have learned from that mistake and don't repeat it....then you deserve a 2nd chance. We all help each other out. We respect each other. We appreciate each others skills"

They looked at each other and smiled.....

They had by now got naked and they and Arlo went into the showers.

Obviously I had a look at them. And anybody in a public shower situation that says they don't have a glance at the others aren't being honest! It's a natural thing to do.

They were nicely trimmed in the right places and of average size but Ethan did seem to have big balls??

They both had a nice physique on them.

Part 2033

Evening meal.....

Ethan and Jacob joined us, fully clothed.......

Tony done his normal evening meal speech, welcoming new people to the table and thanking the lads for their work today.....

He also said .."Ethan and Jacob are not actually members of staff so when their was talk about our table tradition, I stopped it. Thanks to the lad who wound them up. You know who you are!"

Arlo stood up and admitted it was him and apologised to Ethan and Jacob.

As normal, over dinner the new lads were 'interrogated' by the others. They really are a bunch of nosey gits!!

Ethan and Jacob answered all their questions, including admitting they were both at the police and emergency services LGBT Weekender we held here, but made it clear that it was because Ethans sister is gay and his mum made him come with her to look out for her and that Jacob came to give moral support to Ethan!!

Harry, Harry, Harry...harry-itus got the better of him....."Well most of us are gay and live in the staff flats with our partners...and we have naked parties here with free drinks!"

"HARRY", most of the lads shouted!!

Harry realised what he said and apologised!!!

Jacob laughted...."free booze and getting naked is right up Ethans street!"

Ethan told him to "shut the fuck up Jacob, you were the one that instigated that you bastard!"

Everybody went quiet and looked at Ethan......

It was Aiden that asked "what you mean? Drink and nakedness?"

Jacob laughted "we were on duty at the hotel and was just locking up as we had no overnight guests and Ethan hit the bar big time.....one thing led to another and as I was driving him home I dared him to run home naked!! The bugger stripped naked in my car and got out and started running home!! I parked up the road from his house and about half hour later Ethan arrives, sweating like a pig!! He got in, got dressed and walk the 50 metres home, calling me every name under the sun!!"

It just had to be Aiden that then said "great! We will have to get you on the guiness then and get you naked"

Everybody laughted including Ethan.

After dinner we all headed to the bar but Ethan told Aiden that unfortunately they came in his car today so he's not drinking....

Aiden looked at Jacob.....Jacob smiled and said "sorry mate, but I don't drink as a rule....seems pointless spending good money and then pissing it away!"

Aiden looked disappointed until Jacob told him..."Well obviously you want to see me naked and we both could have stripped and gone for a walk to see who has the bottle but unfortunately your on crutches so wouldn't be fair!"

Nice one Jacob!! I liked that and I could see Aiden thinking to himself 'is he serious or is he taking the piss?'

I think it was a bit of both but mainly taking the piss!!!

Just then both Jacobs and Ethans phones bleeped...

They each read the message and looked at each other shaking their heads.....

Ethan then said to Leo..."You can interview us anytime tomorrow as that bastard just messaged saying we're not wanted tomorrow as only have a couple staying and he will deal with them.

I could see both of them were upset and angry.

Leo told them to come at 10.00am. Jacob will be Interviewed by Dylan and Ethan by Tony to start off with.

They both went home for the night.

The next day..

09.45am

Ethan and Jacob arrive, both suited and booted (Dylan asked why you would wear boots with a suit!!! God I love every bone in his body!)

They both had folders with them.

Leo arranged their interviews as follows.....

Jacob being interviewed by Dylan

Ethan being interviewed by Tony...

Then Jacob being Interviewed by Tony when Ethan being interviewed by Billy.

Then Jacob being Interviewed by Billy.

Then finally both being interviewed separately by Leo and myself.

The interviewing started.....

The interviews of Ethan and Jacob started.

We all had a break when lovely Harry and Martin brought round the drink and snack trolley.

So far the interviews were going really well....

We all sat in the dining room drinking our cappuccinos and eating our roast beef sandwiches. The lads were really pleasantly suprised at the extras that the staff get. Like free meals on duty, use of the gym and sauna and pool and staff accommodation. They were also impressed with the staff uniforms and the salary!!

Yes, Mr James definitely was taking the piss out of them!!

Arlo and Aiden joined us and asked them how the interviews were going?

Jacob told them that even though he was enjoying the experience, it was hard going!

He then said, in front of me, Dylan, Tony and Leo "I can now understand the part of the staff being a big family and only those that reach a certain criteria works here. That's why this hotel has all the awards and that and is successful.. it seems that all staff have a role to play and plays it well. It has proved why the idiot Mr James has failed. He just hasn't a clue"

Ethan didn't speak....Arlo asked him if he's ok?

"Yea thanks, Ethan replied, just a bit nervous on whether I'm good enough to be honest?"

Leo smiled...."if you wasn't good enough, you wouldn't be sitting here now drinking and eating. I think you both have a lot to offer this hotel, you just don't know it yet!"

Aiden, being Aiden laughted and said " well I hope you get the job as I would love to see you pissed and naked!!!:

I was in reception when Arlo asked to see me.....

We went into his office and saw a smiling Aiden sitting at the conference table.......

They had in front of them a brochure. It was a brochure for a new business centre, as yet unnamed. It was my business centre!

An excited Aiden told me that he has made a few phone calls including one to the 'federation of small business's". Due to that he has had 4 enquiries about renting offices with full mail and telephone answering services.

Billy Interrupted the meeting and told me I have an urgent call from the solicitors.

The solicitors told me that Mr James has now accepted our conditions of sale and wants to complete at 10.00am tomorrow morning.....

I agreed and said I will meet them at their offices tomorrow.

Ethan and Jacobs interviews were now ending....it was a for gone conclusion that they were going to get the jobs

At they both met up in reception Billy asked for their sizes for their staff uniforms.....they both looked shocked as they haven't actually been offered the job yet!

I went and found John and Henry and told them that we are purchasing the F**** hotel as off tomorrow 10.00am.

Both of them congratulated me and said that they will start tomorrow afternoon and work the weekend to get it ready quicker. I liked that offer but told them not to work the weekend but start Monday morning

I called Ethan and Jacob into the office with Leo.

Leo offered them both the jobs...

I thought Ethan was going to cry (sorry Ethan, but I genuinely thought you were going to).

I told them that Mr James hotel will be mine as from 10.00am tomorrow so as of now you work for us here.

Billy then came in the office with 2 sets of general staff uniform and chefs whites for Jacob as well.

The only thing missing was black shoes for the uniform. They were both size 9.5. Billy said he will get the correct size shoes and spare uniforms for them, first thing in the morning.

Billy asked them to go into the gym changing rooms to try on the uniform.

They did and returned looking really good and smart....

Trust Aiden to see them....he wolf whistled them and then laughted saying "very nice and handsome but would still prefer to see you bollock naked!!!

Trust fucking Aiden to come out with that!

Harry came again with the tea trolley, shook both Ethans and Jacobs hands saying "welcome to the family lads".....I thought that was really nice of Harry...

Ethan then surprised us by saying "ok Aiden, perhaps we might do the table tradition just for you...but it will cost you a blow job"

What the fuck did he just say!!??

Was Ethan taking the piss or being serious ?......

My solicitors phoned asking if I could meet Mr James tomorrow with his solicitors actually at his hotel to complete the purchase. They said they would obviously be present as well. Apparently Mr James wants to 'hand over' the hotel and keys to myself personally.....

I agreed and had a little chuckle to myself knowing that 30 minutes after he had left I've arranged with John and Henry to change all external locks!!!

Part of the contract of purchase is that "all debts of the hotel" are paid in full by Mr James within 24 hours of me purchasing it.

Next day.....09.50am

I arrive with Joe to meet my solicitors and Mr James and his solicitors.

I asked where the staff were to be told that all staff have been released already via letter.

10.00am.....

We both sign the contracts and my solicitors authorise the transfer of funds to Mr James.

10.13am.....

It's now mine!!! I have the keys!!

11.00am....

John, Henry, Ethan and Jacob arrive on site.

Jacob tells me that it looks like all the food and beer has been removed from site by Mr James. I wasn't bothered as food and beer was not on the fixtures and fittings or purchase list anyway.

Ethan asked to look at the bunch of keys Mr James gave me. He looked at every key and went to the office and got out a key register. He confirmed that every key was present including the safe keys x 2 and none missing apart from one key.....

He took one of the safe keys and opened the safe...suprise, suprise it was empty!!

He laughted, then smiled. He then took out of his pocket a key that looked like a safe key....

He went to a small cupboard under the reception desk and opened it. There was a small safe!!!!

He opened it and took out a large money bag......he handed it to me.

"Should be £789.72 in that bag" He told us.

Jacob laughted...."of course the bar float and takings!"

Ethan laughted "serves the bastard right!"

I then asked Ethan to check his bank account.....he went straight onto his mobile banking app....

He looked at me, then Jacob and showed him the screen on his phone. Ethans eyes went a bit red and he started biting his bottom lip. Jacob put his arm round his shoulders.

Ethan then thanked me....

I promised them that I would get the money that Mr James owes them for work that they done for him and then he didn't pay them.

I put £2,000 into his account this morning. This was the amount which I deducted from the agreed purchase price, so in effect Mr James actually paid it.

Their was only 2 external doors that had key locks. The rest were fire doors.

John disappeared to the locksmiths to buy 2 new locks.

Within an hour and a half MY new purchase was now secure.

We heard a knock on the front door.

It was the lovely Harry, Harry Webber!!!

He and Tony brought in a couple of shopping bags....

He brought milk, coffee, tea, sugar and sandwiches for us. He told the lads that it would be about this time everyday he will come with the sandwiches and snacks for them.

Ethan and Jacob looked at Harry and then at me.....

Harry knew what they were thinking.

"Like I said lads, welcome to the family. Just because your not in the hotel, but here, your not forgotten about. And you can't go all day without food and drink"

Etham gave Harry a hug and then told us...."that bastard Mr James made us bring our own food and drinks in! He wouldn't let us have hotel food or drinks...not even a cuppa!"

Harry, Harry Webber then told the lads "anyway can't hang around as the big boss is a bit of a bastard and works us like 500 hours a week. No breaks at all..he makes us sweat to get his monies worth out of us! If he knew I was here he would stop sum money from my wages !!!"

I stood their open mouthed....

I couldn't believe Harry, Harry Webber just said that!!!

Harry then looked at me, smiled and told them lads that he was "only joking!!"

Ethan replied "christ how do you get away with saying that? If we said something like that too Mr James he would sack us on the bloody spot!"

Harry laughted..."I get away with it as he's me dad!"

Harry and Tony then left......

I saw Ethan and Jacob look at each other....I then said "Harry adopted ME!!"

They asked me if I wanted them to stay and help John and Henry as they know the building and where everything is....??

Henry told them it's just physical work, emptying the rooms of beds etc today......

Ethan and Jacob nodded and said they didn't mind physical work to get the business centre up and running quicker.?

I agreed and me and Joe left them to it....

I told the boys to make sure their back for evening meal and asked if Ethan and Jacob want to join us?

Ethan smiled and said "thank you, that would be nice as if I do the table tradition Aiden has to give me a blowjob!!" He then laughted which caused us all to laugh with him.

I went back to the hotel and Arlo and Aiden were busy putting together a marketing plan for the new business centre development.

I asked them to draw up a business plan of what services we should offer apart from office rental, with suggested prices we should charge.

Both of them smiled and really seemed happy with that task....

I had a walk about, the gym was busy, the Tannery was busy, the afternoon teas busy, the conference and meeting rooms busy.

It was nice to see how well the hotel was doing and that's all down to the staff here.

I then reminisced on when every member of staff joined, their interviews and where they are now. I sat in reception and didn't realise that Sean was their with a cappuccino for me. I was lost in my own thoughts and Sean actually shook me wondering if I was OK?!

Apparently he asked me 3 times if I wanted the cappuccino and I didn't answer him!!! Sorry Sean.

I asked Billy if we had any guests staying Saturday night? We hadn't.

I went into the kitchen and saw my lovely Dylan......

We had a hug and I asked him to prepare food for a staff party tomorrow night. Something special. No theme, just a normal party.

I saw Tony and Jack and told them that we're having a party tomorrow night and I want it to be a free bar. I told them that the bar staff are to attend the party as guests as I will be running the bar myself.

I just wanted to thank the lads for their continued hard work and to show them I do really appreciate them.

At evening meal I planned to invite the staff to the party.

I saw John, Henry, Ethan and Jacob arrive back....Jesus they were dirty and a bit filthy!! They really must have cracked on today.

Ethan asked if they could have a shower before dinner and could they wear their new staff uniform for dinner as they didn't bring a change of clothes apart from the gym kit?

John told them that he could lend them some clothes if they wanted and their welcome to use the shower in his flat?

They both accepted the offer with thanks......

Ethan saw Aiden and went over to him........

He whispered something in Aidens ear which made Aiden smile and I heard him say..."You being serious?"

Part 2041

(Pre-warning....this part is a bit emotional)

I was in my office when I heard Henry ask Billy if he could see me?

I invited him in the office.

Not only did he have a red face he had red eyes as well....something was up......

I sat him down and with emotion in his voice he told me "the council and social services have found a specialist care home for me mum and dad about 45 minutes away"

He told me the name of it and we both looked at my computer as I googled the care home.....

At first glance it did, to be honest, seem a good solution as it specialised in not on dementia but caring for stroke victims unable to look after themselves.

Henry said they will have their own room with 24/7 care and a communal area with TV, games, etc etc.

We saw pictures of the home, the bedrooms, the communal area etc and it did look good.....well as best as a care home could look.

I saw the tears started to flow from Henry's eyes......

Henry was told by social services that places for married couples are rare to find now a days and suggested that he phones the care home ASAP. They are expecting his call.

I gave him the phone and said "no time like the present mate" and headed out of the door.....

Before I got out he door, Henry asked me to stay.

I sat next to him and put my arm round his shoulders..."I know it's hard mate, but your doing the right thing for them. I'm proud of you on how you handling this and I'm sure your mum and dad knows that as well"

He phoned the home and spoke to the care home manager, who was aware that he would be phoning. She also knew everything about his parents and it was obvious that the council and social services has met with the home and given them all the relevant medical details.

The manager told Henry of their 'care plan' and how they will go about undertaking it.

She invited Henry to visit and personally see the home before making a decision. She also suggested that he talks to the staff, the residents and the residents family. I liked that to be honest.

It was arranged that Henry visits tomorrow at 11.00am.....

Henry asked "if I could bring my partner with me and my boss who's been helping me?"

I saw his eyes literally pleading with me to agree to go with him.

He finished the call and burst into tears......his head in his hands.

Saturday morning....10.45am

Henry, John and myself arrive at the care home........

We drive up a rather impressive driveway leading to a lovely garden area where a lot of the residents were sitting in.

We were greeted by the manager who Henry spoke too on the phone....she was a rather plump lady in a nurses uniform with one of the upside down watches on her uniform. She was very nice and obviously so caring.

Anyway she showed us the bedroom with ensuite facilities which was nice. A copy of the food menu...they had a choice of 3 different meals per day and a roast on a Sunday.

We spoke to some residents and their families.

Henry looked a lot more relaxed and thought that this is definitely the best place for his parents....

I went to the dining room and had a look at the carvery servery and the vegetables and gravy

The girls were busy getting the Diners orders etc and John, bless him, was dealing with the finished tables and re-setting them for the next diners.

I was impressed with how well it was going and the standard of food, veg and giant Yorkshires on offer

I know you probably think I'm a bit biased but Harry really does an excellent carvery especially when he is working with Liam.

Arlo came out of his office and asked if I had thought of a working name for my business centre?

That's a thought.....I haven't thought of what to call it!!!

Arlo then produced a beautifully produced brochure with photos of the exterior and the car park. I didn't know that he asked Darren to take some photos when he was passing it!

Just then Aiden arrives in the office, and yes Smudge was still sitting on the footplate(!)

He was excited......"Jason, I've got 7 companies interested in having 'mail and telephone handling services' and using the business centre as "there business address" but without having a physical office their. I told them it will be about £150.00 per month plus 50p per incoming telephone call where we take a message for them."

I was impressed with him to be honest....and I think his pricing was spot on....

He then impressed me further by saying "I think you should be looking at employing staff sooner rather than later? As I think Henry and John are going to finish the work needed ASAP? And you need to get it up and running"

I smiled and replied...."yes your right Aiden, you seem to know what the business centre needs and what services we need to offer the clients. Tell you wot mate, draw up what kind of staff we need, and what their duties Will be, how many staff we need etc....and then you can be part of the interviewing panel and interviewing them first on your own to see if they meet your standard?"

Aiden looked at me with a look of disbelief on his face!!!.....

"You mean you want me to interview the candidates and then if I like them, pass them over to you to interview and have the final say?"

I smiled....."yes, yes I do and as of tomorrow at 08.00am you will be the "Senior Manager' of the Business Centre with the actual Centre Manager and staff reporting to you"

Arlo and Aiden looked at me and Arlo congratulated him on being promoted to Manager!!

"You being serious Jason?", Aiden asked......

When I said "yes, very serious".... Aiden burst into tears!!!

For fucks sake! Didn't expect that from Aiden!!!

Part 2055

The carvery was finishing up and Harry, Liam and Jacob were tidying up.

The girls and John were tidying the dining room up and John was getting the staff table prepared for our carvery evening meal.

Harry thanked Liam and Jacob for a good job done and that they can go off duty as he can manage the carvery for the staff by himself.

Jacob was sweating a bit and I asked him if him and Ethan were staying for evening meal?

As I said that Ethan came from the bar.....

Jacob said he needs a shower, 'but thanks for the offer'

I said he can have a shower at mine if he wants to stay for dinner ?

Ethan asked if he could have a shower as well?

I took the lads to my flat and sorted them out with clean towels and that.

I left them to it and went to see Henry and John......

I knocked on their door and Henry answered and let me in.....

I saw both of them dressed in the apparent off duty dress....of just shorts and sliders!!

I smiled and said "didn't take you 2 long to learn the dress code!"

John laughted....."Well that's what everybody else wears and when we visit or get visitors that's what they wear!!! Just want to fit in!!"

I went back to my flat and found Dylan talking to Ethan and Jacob. Both Ethan and Jacob was sitting on the sofa, just with towels wrapped their waists.

They went into the spare bedroom, got dressed and came back out.

We sat chatting and Jacob was telling Dylan how good it was today, "being a proper chef"...Dylan told them that he has asked Billy to try and rota both of them to work the same shifts if possible but sometimes the kitchen have split shifts.

Dylan also told them that if they ever need to stay the night if their working lates then early shifts the next day then they can stay in either the staff accommodation or here, as both have 2 bedrooms free at the moment. The lads looked at each other....

Part 2056

Evening meal was of course a carvery.....

Harry served the meat and we all helped ourselves to the veg and gravy.

The lads were in a jovial mood and interacting well with each other.

Aiden comes zooming in on his go cart. As soon as he stopped, the little pain, Smudge, jumped off and strutted to the carvery area....obviously he could smell the beef, gammon and turkey meat!!!

Harry admitted its his fault Smudge is hanging around, as every Sunday before the staff have their carvery he feeds him some turkey meat!!!

Ian looked a bit stunned!!! Saying "you feed him turkey every Sunday Harry? The carvery turkey? Fucking hell Harry your spoiling him rotten!"

Everybody laughed and even Smudge joined on the laughter by meowing!

Harry came out with a plastic bowl full of turkey and put it in the corner where Smudge was sitting. The little pain in the arse, (Smudge, not Harry!!!), knows he has to wait in the corner to get fed!!

After we had eaten, John started collecting our plates and Liam and Jacob started clearing and cleaning the servery and veg holders etc.

Harry didn't ask them they just done it even though Harry told them after the paying diners had gone that they were off duty. This is the respect that Harry has from the others and it shows how well the lads work as a team.

Next morning, Monday, 06.15am

We were all sitting down for breakfast, including John and Henry.

Billy was going over the rotas and work needed doing for the week, as he normally does.

Leo stood up and said "it gives me great pleasure in announcing a promotion...as from 08.00am this morning Aiden is now the 'operations manager' for Jason's Business Centre'

The lads cheered, clapped and all of them either shook his hand, patted his shoulders or ruffled his hair!

When breakfast had finished Arlo asked if we had a spare desk and computer? He said "it would be nice if Aiden had his own desk and he can share the office with me?"

I thought that was a nice gesture on Arlo's part and didn't think about him having his own desk and computer.

I mentioned it to Leo......

The next minute he came back with a laptop saying that would be better for him as he can take it with him when he visits the business centre. Good thinking Leo!!

Then Tony and Ian came into view carrying a nice desk and office chair!!

Aiden was in Arlo's office when Tony and Ian carried the desk and chair in and Leo carried the laptop in.

They made room for the desk and chair and Leo told Aiden..."Aiden your own desk, chair and laptop for you mate"

Aiden hobbled over to it and sat in the office chair and ran his hands over the desk, he had tears in his eyes.

Within an hour Aiden called me over the radio and asked me "when your free for about 10 minutes can you come to Arlo's, no make that MY office please"

All I heard over the radio then, was laughter and other radio users saying "yes Sir! .... it was funny to hear to be honest!

Anyway I went to HIS office and sat down at the little conference table.

Aiden then showed me draft office rental contracts, mail handling Contracts, telephone answering contracts. Wow!! Well done Aiden.

He then advised that the Business Centre needs a separate bank account.

I didn't have the heart to tell him that I have already arranged a new bank account with credit cards etc. And about an hour before he called me to the office I had phoned the bank and told them the name of the "Business Centre"

I had also set up a new Limited Company for the Business Centre in the new name. The directors are myself and Dylan.

Ethan and Jacob arrived to Start their shifts.

Ethan asked if he could have a word?

I took him into my office and asked him whats up?

He told me that his parents are going away for a week or two as his dad's brother and family has been in a rather nasty car accident. Dads brother and wife are in hospital and the 2 early 20's kids are at home with broken arms and legs. Their going to look after them.

He asked if he could stay with me and Dylan as his parents don't want him to stay in the house by himself, as he doesn't want to go with them.

I of course agreed and asked that if his parents want to speak to me, tell them to phone.......

I didn't say anything about him staying in the staff accommodation as he specifically said "stay with me and Dylan".....

Henry and John had breakfast and left after to continue getting the Business Centre refurbished and decorated.

10.00am

Aiden zoomed into my office and yes his right hand man and P.A Smudge was sitting on his footplate (!!).

Aiden has somehow managed to find an office supplies company that is closing down and has got a absolutely fantastic discount on 15 brand new desks, 15 office chairs, 30 filing cabinets, a conference table and 10 chairs.

He showed me photos of these and they are literally brand new and still bubble wrapped.

He even said that if I'm interested in them, then the supplier will deliver and accept cash on delivery after we have inspected the goods and are happy with them!!

I have a feeling that this supplier is probably going bankrupt and he wants some cash before the receiver gets involved.

To be honest, I'm not bothered, as the deal is so good I would be a fool not to go for them. The supplier has even said he will give a receipt.

I looked at the company website and their online brochure and he's selling these goods at a 70% discount.

The stuff is being delivered tomorrow !! Well done Aiden!!

I was radioed telling me I had a call on line 3......

I answered the phone...it was Ethans dad....

He thanked me for looking after Ethan and asked if I'm sure he can stay at the hotel. He asked me how much his stay will cost.....

I was a bit taken back when he said that and told him that the cost is nothing...staff are feed anyway and the hotel has staff accommodation for those working late shift and then early shift the next day and we have staff who live in permanently anyway.

He thanked me again.

I went and found Ethan and told him his dad has been on the phone and agreed you can stay..... I could see the look of relief on his face.

I decided to visit the Business Centre to see how Henry and John were getting on.

I took Aiden with me, but left his right hand man, the pain in the arse, Smudge behind. I swear he gave me a look saying "you bastard, revenge will be mine!"

God, I've just read what I wrote their.....get to grips Jason, its a fucking cat!!

We got into the Centre and to be honest I didn't recognise it! Henry and John had decorated the reception area and rearranged it....it looked good.

They were in the middle of decorating the 'bedrooms' into offices.....and the ones they had done you could actually visualise like offices now instead of bedrooms.

Henry and John had really worked hard so far and certainly knows what needs doing.

We told them about the furniture coming tomorrow and they both volunteered to help move the furniture into the, now, office suites.

Aiden opened his laptop and connected to the Internet and he showed me a quote for a new external sign with the Business Centres name and what facilities we offer etc. In all their were 4 signs in various lengths etc.

The part I liked was the sign making company had photoshopped (I think that's the right word!?) the signs onto a photo of the front of the centre so we could see how they would actually look and the sizes etc.

I was well pleased with the signs and asked Aiden to go ahead with the order.

Things are looking good now!!!

We heard the doorbell go and in steps Harry and Tony with flasks of hot drinks and sandwiches and snacks for Henry and John.....

Harry looked at me and I think he was in a bad mood or wasn't too good as he, TOLD, me that if he would have known I was coming here I could have brought the flasks and drinks etc for them to save him and Tony a journey!!

Tony just looked at me and shook his head......

Wow!!

I felt like saying something back to Harry in the region of "fuck off, I'm not answerable to you and I definitely don't have to tell you where I'm going!" .......BUT... I though it would be better to bite my lip and say nothing!!!

Harry handed over the flasks and food and walked back out of the centre to the car park!!!

Tony said he's been like this all morning.....

Me and Aiden gave it a few minutes after Harry left and then we left.

I told Henry and John to lock up when they go at 2.00pm.

We got back to the hotel and Aiden went back to HIS office.....

I went to the staff accommodation to see how Martin and Connor was and them and Ethan were their in the normal off duty dress of just shorts and sliders!!!

Ethan thanked me for allowing him to stay until his parents get back.

So, obviously, he's staying here in the staff accommodation instead of with me and Dylan.

(Ethan has just told me that when he originally said 'stay with me and Dylan, he meant stay at the hotel not literally in mine and dylans flat!....he just worded it wrong as he was a bit flustered etc)

I asked if they know what's wrong with Harry.....??

Connor looked at the others and said "Harry and Luke had a big fight earlier and I mean a big one. Liam, Alex and Sean had to separate them! They were just about to come to blows!"

I left and went to the gym to see Luke...... Tom told me that Luke was probably in his flat? He's working the boot camps tonight.

I headed to Lukes flat....

Luke answered the door and let me in. He was dressed just in a pair of shorts and his eyes were really red....it was obvious he had been crying.......

I stepped in and he immediately gave me a hug and burst into tears on my shoulder....

I sat him down and went and got him a drink of brandy from their little drinks tray Harry has on his sideboard.

I asked him "what the hell happened mate? What's wrong?"

Luke sobbed and sobbed...

Luke sobbed....

I asked him again what the matter was......??

He sobbed and told me "its Harry, but he made me promise not too tell you or anybody and I'm so worried Jason, really worried and feel fucking helpless as you know what Harry is like. He doesn't want you too worry about him as you have your own health problems. I did manage to convince him to make a doctors appointment"

I hugged him and asked him if it's his head problem.....?

Luke shook his head....

"I can't break my promise Jason, I can't tell you, but hopefully he will go to doctors and their is nothing wrong"

He then told me that he has to get ready for boot camp and needs a shower and that before dinner.

We hugged again and I left, pondering what I should do next?

I went to my office and sat and thought about Harry and I got a bit upset that he didn't have the confidence in talking to me about whatever is wrong with him.... I just hope Luke is right and their is nothing bad wrong with him.

Evening meal was called and I noticed that Luke wasn't present at the table. I saw John go into the kitchen to help serve the meals and suddenly realised I hadn't noticed him and Henry come back... I got up and sat next to Henry and asked how his parents were and how he was?

"I told them that I've found a nice care home for them both, replied Henry, and they both seemed happy about it..me mum nodded and me dad actually said "that's the best place for us Henry, we need looking after. Well done Son.... he actually knew who I was for a moment. I felt great but then he said.."I'll tell my son Henry when he gets here and see if he agrees"

I gave him a hug.....

John and Alex started serving the evening meals.....

I noticed that Harry wasn't eating either.....I asked Dylan where Harry was..."his in the kitchen, clearing up, he says he's not hungry. His been very quiet today, and no doubt you have heard about his fight with Luke this morning?"

We finished the meal and me and Dylan retired to our flat....

The next minute their was a knock on the door and in walks Harry... he was dressed as he normally does, tee shirt, shorts and sliders. He walked over to the sofa, said "hi" and took his tee shirt off and laid down, like he does, over both me and Dylan. Nothing new their, that's what he always does when Luke is working lates......he then expects me to massage his head and chest while Dylan rubs his legs...

He never said anything, just laid their. I decided not too push him for what happened this morning or what Luke told me.

Dylan looked at me and nodded....he got up and went into the bedroom...

I carried on massaging Harry's head and shoulders....

I could see the redness in his eyes and I knew that soon he was going to cry....

I know Harry well, I know his mannerisms, I can read his body language, most of the time...

I didn't speak....I wasn't going to push him...he will, hopefully, tell me when his ready too.

Harry really suprised me, he didn't cry.....he just bit his bottom lip, but his eyes were getting redder.

He still hasn't spoken, which was worrying me even more...

Knock on the door and in comes Luke. He said "hello"

He walked over and kissed Harry on the lips and Harry got up, put on his tee shirt and sliders and said "goodnight" to me.....

They left to I assume, go to their flat.

Dylan came out of the bedroom and sat next to me and gave me a hug asking if "I'm ok"?

I needed a drink, so me and Dylan went downstairs to the bar...

I was pleased that Ethan was sitting with Connor and Martin amd laughing and joking.

Billy came in with Jack in casual clothing and sat with Liam and Aj.

Henry and John was taking to Aiden and Arlo about the furniture coming for the business centre tomorrow and apparently they have decided that Arlo, Aiden and Tony will be on site to help move the furniture.

John said that they have completed 8 of the bedrooms, come now office suites.

Next morning....

I noticed that Harry and Luke wasn't at breakfast....

I was a bit concerned at that and I stood up to go and check on them when Dylan put his hand on my arm and told me "Jay, I know you noticed Harry's not here, don't worry his in his flat, he asked for this morning off, that's all, now eat your breakfast please"

I stared at Dylan.....

Dylan fucking knows something and he's not telling me!!!!

Harry's always at breakfast!!!

What the fuck is going on?

Just as John, Sean and Liam were coming out of the kitchen with the food, Harry and Luke walked in and sat down.....

I tried getting up to go and see them and ask if their OK, when again Dylan grabbed my leg and stopped me getting up!!

"Leave them to be, please" I heard Dylan say to me. I gave him a look that would kill any man at 50 foot, but he just stared back saying further "I mean it...leave them alone"

What the fuck is happening?

Billy gave his normal morning briefing to all the staff.

Henry told us that they are holding a social drink together in their flat tonight if anybody wants to attend they can. "Just music, chat and chill time"

Later on in the morning I took Arlo, Aiden and Tony to the business centre to await the arrival of the office desks, chairs and filing cabinets.....

I was a bit dubious on this furniture to be honest...

11.00am

A sign marked large van arrived outside....the furniture shop has arrived. Tony directed through the archway leading to the car park..the van only just got under!!

Anyway we all helped getting the furniture off the van. Each item was wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrapped.

Aiden told the 2 delivery blokes that he wants to inspect the items first before he pays for them?

One of the blokes, smiled and introduced himself....he was the actual owner of the company that Aiden had spoken to and emailed!!

We opened up all the packages, everything was indeed brand new and unmarked.

The office chairs where better than the ones I have at the hotel!!

It wasn't long before each office had a desk, a chair and a filing cabinet in it.

Next minute, Jacob arrived with some sandwiches and hot flasks for Henry and John and for us as well.

Jacob was impressed with what henry and John had done with the decorating and the offices.

Me, Aiden Arlo and Tony left and headed back to the hotel...

As we got in the door, Aidens right hand 'man' and PA, Smudge the pain the arse cat, was waiting for him!!

As soon as Aiden limped in and headed to his 'go cart' Smudge jumped on the footplate purring away!

Billy told us that Smudge has been waiting by the main doors since Aiden left!!!

Aiden certainly has a new best friend!!

We went into Aidens and Arlos office and I asked Aiden what his plan of action was now.....

"I need to sort out the internal phone lines that are in each office at the moment and arrange for the hotel switchboard to be able to put external calls through to them and will get in contact with the current phone provider to make it work. Then I think I need to look at getting some staff?"

Arlo then said "the Business Centres marketing campaign is ready to go whenever"

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Harry and Luke walk past the office. Harry seemed to be carrying some paperwork in his hand?

After I had finished with Aiden, I just had to go up and see Harry... yes I know my lovely Dylan told me to "leave them be", as he said, I was really worried about him.

I knocked on Harry's flat door and Luke answered it....

He gave me a bit of a funny look and hesitated before he let me in?

What the fuck?

As I went in, Harry was just coming out of the bedroom, dressed in only boxers and sliders.

He saw me, said "hi" and went back into the bedroom!!!

What is Harry hiding from me?

Luke just shrugged his shoulders and looked at the floor....
