I’ve been taking a smaller fist for a while now but I find I need to train regularly to stay relaxed enough to take it. I’ve also been training with bigger plugs and trying to keep them in for longer periods while tbh is not so easy as my body always feels like pushing out. Toys are you friends and if you buy bigger go in smaller increments so not too much of a big stretch to get to the next size.

I need to find a regular friend in Yorkshire to do me in a weekly basis
