So I’ve got to the age were the doctors have been in touch and want me to have a health check. The nurse explained that the doctor will take blood, check my blood pressure, etc and do a prostate examination.

The idea of having the doctors finger in my ass does excite me. Hope I don’t get hard when he doing it.

Anyone else had it done and anyone enjoy it a bit too much….

My best time was when the doctor had 2 medical students, he asked me if I minded them feeling my prostrate also as they needed to learn. Obviously I agreed to having these 2 young men finger my bum lol.

These days they do a PSA test first.

Only if that comes back positive will you get the finger check.

My GP stopped doing the finger test, he said its not a relevant check and purely relies on my PSA

I had a medical finger 25 years ago when I was straight. Uncomfortable, didn't enjoy, thought glad I'm not gay...things have moved on and I now enjoy soapy finger.

I had mine done recently. A young male doctor thankfully I had a proper clean as I didn’t realise I would get a finger in the ass. Thought you just pee’d on some strip or had bloods taken. It was all pretty straightforward.

Not for a prostate check but I’ve had to have a slightly internal butt check before - when the GP was explaining what she was about to do etc I just said “It’s ok, I’m gay so it’s nothing that’s not been done before”. She nearly snorted laughing.

Internal examination, PSA blood test, trans perineal biopsies or MRA scan are nothing to be afraid of or indeed turn in to some sexual fantasy, if in doubt get yourself checked.
