If its a Tuesday definitely Touch in Swindon - naked day and usually very busy. Check their opening hours for other days as not open everyday. I have also found Touch quiet on other days even when open but haven't been on any other days for a few years.

Newport always seems reasonably busy when I've been there on various days and a very friendly crowd whatever day of the week. As always with saunas it a bit of pot luck but if you're travelling back from South Wales on any day other than a Tuesday I suggest you hedge your bets by trying Newport - easier access from the M4 than Swindon and ample street parking outside. Jacuzzi definitely better in Newport as well as more private rooms, more open play areas and better showers.
