Hi everyone

I’m sure this has probably been posted before but does anyone have advice on your first anal?

Use lube. Practice using your fingers and lube inserting them into your anus.

Use a douche bottle - you can find them on various adult sites.

You may wish to use toys before being penetrated. Again you can get them on the adult sites.
