WOLVERHAMPTON |
"Finish your cake and you can take a look at mine," he said. "You won't be disappointed," he added. "Judging from what I saw, you like 'em big."
My heart felt like it would burst out of my chest. I had never been so surprised and excited in my life. I didn't know what to do. Part of me felt very scared.
"It's alright, I like older guys," he said, placing a hand on my arm. "Some of you are really cute."
I looked around the room in the hope that there was no-one I knew in the café. Usually, I would bump into someone from work, either an ex-colleague or the parent of a student I had taught.
"Where can we go?" I blurted out. I realised that there were cameras all over the place here and that anywhere in the Art Gallery would be useless for an illicit rendezvous.
"Don't worry about that!" he laughed. "I've got just the place. Two minutes away, literally. It'll blow your mind." He waited. "And your cock'll be very happy too."
I hastily finished the cake, knowing I might need all the energy I could muster, and swilled it down with what was left of the tea.
"Just follow me," he said.
We walked out the building the same way we had entered, retracing our steps almost to the bus stop, but turning off a little before to head down the road that led to the bus station. One block further and he stopped to check I was behind him.
"Here we are!" he said cheerfully. "I told you it was close."
He turned off into a narrow side street and took the next left into a shabby looking building. It was the sex shop on Lord Street. I knew it well, but hadn't been inside for about a year. I couldn't work out what his plan was.
"Hi, Murray," he shouted as he pushed the door open. A voice called back at him. "You can get off now, if you like."
Murray came from behind his counter and collected his belonging. He bade us both good afternoon and left. Apart from the two of us, the place was deserted.
"Just a minute," he said. "I'll put a sign up to say we're closed for a while." He dealt with both doors, as there was also a front entrance.
