I'm at the age where I need to give up my alter ego of Ruth.
Not just age but also family reasons, would hate to have an illness, only for family to go thorough my stuff and find out.
Have purged a few times before and regretted it, only to restart.
The urge of having sex and being a plaything for a horny man is something I need to overcome.
How have other CD's/TV's overcome this?

Well, I have come to the conclusion that's its never going to go away and have not purged anything scince 2020. That summer is decided I needed to do more with my alter ego and made a promise to go to some social meets.
If I was now seriously considering purging e erything, I think I would hand it all to a friend, then, if needed I could go back to it.
And dont even think about worrying about what others think if they find your stuff. Its not important.

Age has nothing to do with the desire to dress. It's a feeling that will always be there, though it might be stronger at some times than others. As a previous poster said, store your clothes securely, they'll still be there when you're ready to resume.
