So the annual boiler service was due and usual guy text to arrange. The visit was booked in during last heat wave we had and living on the top floor the flat was warm. After he finished he complimented flat and he said dies it get warm? I told him it's ok as I can leave the sky light open and being on top floor can strip off as no one can see. He looked straight at me and said wish I was neighbour looking in. I knew then fun was on the menu so when he asked to use loo I took opportunity to strip to boxers only and when he came out I said you are free to help me get naked. He was well up for it and ended up both naked in a 69, me on the bottom and he fed me a huge load. Looking forward to next service
