I recently met a guy who was size 30 waist with a perfect 34dd tits it was bazaar really nice nipples as well. it was like he had had them fitted but he showed me and no scars he said the drs said it’s a one in a million chance but not uncommon he said he was offered an operation to make them flat when he was younger but he never wanted it and he liked his body the way it is he was quite feminine but not into dressing but he did wear a sports bra to hide them down a bit I would love to meet him again
