Not just a place you need to find you also need to find a artist who is prepared to tattoo in the place you require it

And that will be a bigger issue for you I think

I know my tattoo artist doesn’t tattoo intimate areas as a rule ! (Male or female!)

I’m sure there are artists that will somewhere

Best search Google and email a few tattooists and ask if they will tattoo where you require

But at a guess they will definitely charge extra
