Work colleague dilemma.

I work with an 18yo lad who is very cute.

He seems to like getting close to me and often attempts to play fight. More recently he has taken to standing behind me and massaging my neck (on many occasions I don't realise he is behind me until I feel his touch) and there are other work mates around. I am scared to confront over what he is doing and suggest taking it to the next level incase I am reading the signs wrongly.

After I get home I have to have a wank to release the frustration.

It'll only end badly for you. Don't act on it unless he leaves the company

We had our works Christmas party on Saturday and the lad was there. Part way through the evening I felt my neck being massaged again and it was his fingers on me. I laughed it off as others were nearby, suggesting that he changed his career as he had a magic touch . I told him to do the same to a female colleague and she said that he was amazing. He messaged me the next day, say that although massaged the female work colleague, he only enjoyed doing it to me.

Rule Number 1: Don't get involved with colleagues.

Rule Number 2: Refer to Rule Number 1.

"Rule Number 1: Don't get involved with colleagues.

Rule Number 2: Refer to Rule Number 1."

I second this- never ends well! Run a mile...

Is there a company policy about relationships with work colleagues? If there is read it and refer to it. Then explain to the lad.

Keep it out of work! Even if you do get together keep it away from work. Personally I wouldn't get involved with anyone at work as it gets complicated
