Next day...

Barnaby is off doing a off site shooting event....for a team building excerise for a well known Bank.

09.00am.....

Ethan phones me. He has Blair with him....

Blair emailed his resignation yesterday and was called into Human Resources first thing this morning.

Cargo trousers, short sleeved shirts printed with the storage centres name and logo, fleeces, again printed and jackets, printed as well.

They both disappeared into the office and 5 minutes later they reappeared wearing the new uniforms posing to me on a video call from his phone!

Bloody hell....they did look smart.

I was in reception pondering about life in general, my businesses and the car and van rental business I was starting up.

Gerry seems ideal for the position and he did ask to be considered for the position....

He made some good points about what vehicles to buy etc so I came to the conclusion that perhaps I should formally interview him and if he does well at the interview get him on board before I buy any vehicles.

He then can set up the company as he thinks fit?

In other words get him involved from scratch.....

I didn't want Ethan involved in the interview as he knows him.....

I decided to ask Joe to help me with the interview as he business proposal dossier that he gave me was really comprehensive and obviously Joe had research it well.

I phoned Gerry.....

He told me he finishes work at 4pm today so can come down anytime after that.

I invited him to come for an interview at 7pm and said he can come at 6pm and have evening meal with us if he wanted?

He thanked me for the opportunity of the interview and also for the invitation to have evening meal.

He then said......

"Is it true about the table tradition Tyler told me about? And if it is, will whether I do it or not have any effect on me getting the job"

I laughted and told him it has no bearing whatsoever and it's voluntary...

He then laughted....."but as your interviewing me AFTER evening meal, I will be a guest and not a new member of staff, so technically the table tradition shouldn't apply?"

Gerry arrived at 5.45pm

Ethan and Blair had just came into reception....

Ethan asked Gerry what he was doing here? He told him that I had invited him for evening meal and then an interview.

Ethan was thrilled for him, as was Blair...

Evening meal called and it was Maryin amd Jacob in charge tonight so god knows what we will be eating!

It was chicken thighs with pearl barley, chestnuts and juniper.

Not only did it look good on the plate but it tasted terrific as well.

As we were sitting down, Tony done his normal 'well done' evening speech and welcomed both Blair and Gerry to the table.

After this wonderful meal, me, Joe and Gerry went in the office.

Joe produced 3 copies of his business plan and handed a copy to each of us....

A general discussion took place and I found Gerry was knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to say what he was thinking.

I saw Joe nodding and smiling...

Gerry again told us that he didn't think 5 cars and 5 vans were sufficient, especially with the cheaper daily rental prices we were going to charge.

He recommended 10 cars and 7 vans.

7 'economy" class and 3 'compact' class cars and 3 small, 2 medium and 2 large vans.

Joe nodded so I agreed.

I told him I would contact my vehicle dealer mate and sort out the vehicles that Gerry suggested.

I had heard enough so offered the position to him there and then and asked him to start ASAP...

Gerry shook my hand and said he will resign tomorrow and ask his boss if he can be released without working his notice....

Next morning.....

Breakfast prepared by Harry....

Thank you all for your kind wishes.

Merry Xmas to you all!!

I am so proud of the lads here...

Today, we have 87 people having Xmas lunch at the hotel at 4pm! Each guest paying £99.00 for the privilege!

And, please forgive me if I get emotional now.......

But the lads, have volunteered, yes volunteered, for no pay whatsoever, to feed 63 homeless and under privileged families to a Xmas meal at midday! All of them connected with Liam's "off the street" campaign, where if you remember he gets free sandwiches and snacks from the local businesses and sets up his paste tables in the town centre once a week in the evening to feed them.

The lads agreed to pay for the meals out of their own pocket!!

I felt the right thing to do was to pay for the meals myself which I have done.

I am so bloody proud of them...they organised it all them selves.

Sorry, but I'm looking at them now setting up the function room for them, singing and chatting away even though it's Xmas day...

I'm crying now, knowing I have the best lads working for me without exception.

Update.....

The Xmas meals now finished and all quests now gone.

Kitchen cleaned.

All the lads are now in the bar area. Free drinks all night!!

Between me and Dylan we have over 80 presents from the lads!!

We're now sitting around the Xmas tree and Harry, love him, is handing out the 'secret santa' presents and other presents that the lads have brought each other!

I've never seen so many bloody presents in all my life!!

I've given Simon tonight and tomorrow night off as I'm doing his shifts....

Dylan has told the kitchen lads that their off tomorrow as well as he will be preparing breakfast and evening meal.

In fact all the lads are off tomorrow and Dylan has told them that breakfast is at 9.00am so they can have a lay in.

We have no guests staying and the hotel is actually shut tomorrow.

The 'off the streets' meal was attended by all on the list and they were so grateful for the meal.

We had one particular family... Dad and 3 kids aged 7, 9 and 10 attend..... they lost their mother earlier on this year from Cancer and Dad had to give up his career as, as he put it "my kids come first" and is now on benefits etc.

I won't mention who, but this family is known to one of the lads here and I was deeply touched, to be honest on the verge of tears, when as they were going the lads here gave the kids 10 wrapped presents each and handed an envelope to the Dad....the dad gave all the lads a hug, and to see the smile on the kids faces made it so more special.

I AM SO PROUD OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU LADS...

As you know I gave Simon the night off and I was undertaking his duties on reception and security...

Leo walked into reception!!

Even though I gave all the lads the day off, Leo decided to relieve me so I could get some sleep....

I went to my flat to have a quick nap...

Back to the story....

John and Henry said they will go to the storage centre and add a partitioned part onto the office so Gerry has a 'rental desk' and office.

Henry brought up a good point about the security of the vehicle keys? He suggested he buys a 'key safe' and then affixes it a wall.....

John then said they will then build a outdoor covered area so the cars can be valeted and he will run some extra water pipework to that area so he can install a powered hand jet wash as well as running electricity to that point....

My car dealer phoned and said he has some 1 year old cars and vans that we might be interested in?

I sent Gerry to have a look at them and if suitable to give me a ring...

A couple of hours later Gerry phoned me and said their are 6 cars and 2 vans that would be ideal for the business.....

I told him to remain on site and I'll be their in 20 minutes.

I got their......I agreed with Gerry as the cars and vans he picked out, I would personally accept if I wanted a rental car.....

I negotiated a great deal and the dealer will service the vehicles and deliver within 2 days...

Gerry followed me back to the hotel and I asked Aaron to start the marketing campaign in 2 days...

Gerry was excited and went to sit with Aaron to help him....

Meanwhile a package had been delivered from my printers....

It was the car and van rental staff uniform!!!

3 x shirts printed with the car and van rental name and logo, 2 x cargo trousers, and 2 x jackets also printed not only at the front but on the back, larger, as well.

I handed the package to Gerry, who I expected to go to the gym changing rooms to try them on, but he just stood in Arlo and Aaron's office and took his shirt off and put the new staff shirt on....he then removed his jeans and tried on the cargos and then the jacket. He looked at us and said "wot? You'll be seeing me nude later so does it matter now?"

He then laughted.....

Gerry got called to reception where he found 6 x parcels for him!!

"For me?" He asked to be told that they have his name on them so yes!

We took them into my office and Gerry opened them.....

In the parcels, from my printers, were packs of 'rental forms', 'insurance forms', roof rental signs, printed keys rings with our name and logo and emergency out of hours number on. No smoking stickers, damage report forms.

Leo then gave him a brand new laptop loaded with the necessary software for monitoring the vehicles maintenance etc etc.

Gerry was like a kid in a sweet shop......his smile was amazing...

John phoned.....

Gerry now has his own office at the storage centre!!

Henry has also fixed the key safe to the wall....

When Henry was buying the key safe he also brought a nice desk and chair and 2 x customer chairs for the office!!

The storage centre had 6 phone lines and 2 were unused so John has activated one of the lines and the number to be used as the car rental number. (John done this last week so we could print and advertise the number)

John and Henry aren't hanging around as they have now put a outdoor power unit and a water supply to the area to be used for valeting the vehicles and are now putting up the perspex roof to cover the area!!

I love them too lads!!

Ethan phoned.....

He really sounded happy.... Aaron and Arlo's marketing campaign has brought in new 24/7 access at the new price rate and him and Blair are now altering the sizes of the available units to the sizes required. The modules sizes are easily made bigger or smaller with some brute strength and the cherry picker!!!

They have managed to get 47 people wanting the 'small' units. These are 25 sq ft. And are £80.00 per calender month.

A big logistical effort needed to maximum the space we have....I'm keeping well away from that!!

All the lads were back....

John and Henry had a very busy day at the storage centre and to be honest looked knackered as did Ethan and Blair....

All the lads showered and waiting in the bar for evening meal...

Evening meal called....

Tony gave his normal evening speech thanking everybody for their hard work etc.

Gerry was sitting at the table in shorts, tee shirt and trainers. So was Ethan and Blair......

Then I heard the lads clap and they all stood up......

I turned round to see who had just walked in...... it was Nathan and Lewis...and Lewis, albeit slowly, walked in unaided!! No wheelchair, no crutches, no walking stick.

It was a fantastic sight to see...

Tony told Lewis to sit in his seat which was nearest to him, but the lads like sitting in the same seats and Lewis continued to 'his normal place'..

Gerry then stood up and thanked everybody for their welcoming and said that the table tradition is something he has been thinking about and wants to do in honour of the hotels traditions.....

He stood up, took his tee shirt off, his shorts off and then his boxers. He was bollock naked apart from his trainers....

He then went round and shook everybody's hand before returning to his seat.

We had no guests tonight and Leo told everybody that he will open the bar tonight and the first drink will be on him....

Aiden told everybody....."their are no guests tonight, just us, so clothes are optional!! Whoever turns up stark bollock naked I will buy them the 2nd drink!"

Part 2664

Leo kept his word and opened the bar tonight.

The lads arrived mainly dressed in shorts, tee shirts and sliders, even Aiden!

The darts and pool table were in full use and so was the table tennis table with a few wanting to take away my title of hotel champion!

No chance of that.....BUT their was a trio of dark horses in the bar.. Blair, Barnaby and Gerry!! I didn't know if they even played table tennis?

Harry brought a new board game to the table..."the 1% club" game.

This is what the instruction leaflet says.......

The 1% Club is a game show that tests contestants logic and common sense rather than general knowledge. Unlike traditional long-running game shows focused on trivia, it presents increasingly difficult puzzles designed to challenge how contestants think, with the ultimate goal of joining the top 1% of problem solvers.

I've seen the TV version and to be honest, without blowing my own trumpet, I'm not that bad but never got to the 1% question. I normally get to the 15% or 10% question!!

So i decided to play!!!

The 6 of us playing were Harry, me, Lewis, Liam, Zack and Aj.

It became popular and in the end 3 sets of 6 played it!

I was bloody suprised at how well Zack done!! He got down to the 5% question!

Only one of the 18 got down to the 1% question......we all sat down and watched.....he got the question wrong but well done to him!! It was Lewis!!! He is bloody clever!!

It wasn't long before Aiden and Josh got naked and played a game of table tennis......

I was goaded into playing a game or 2......

I had to as some of lads were saying "it was luck", "I need to defend it" etc etc.

Bugger....I had to compete!

Blair and Gerry was next on the table tennis....

After the 1st game both had they shirts off as they were both giving ot their all!!

Both were good to be honest....

I watched them carefully....

Blair was good at 'top spin' and Gerry good at 'side spin' so they were just cancelling out each other.

Blair could play both fore and back hand whereby Gerry was weak on his back hand....

Blair won and Gerry shook his hand and then took off his shorts and boxes!! He was now naked apart from his trainers!!!

He smiled at me and just shook his head....Blair was smiling.... obviously they had a bet on?

I've just noticed that Jack is naked behind the bar serving the drinks!!

Then I noticed that Arlo and Aaron who were playing darts were also naked!

I think it was a standard bet. whoever loses spends the rest of the night naked?

It was Billy that shouted that "the table tennis is free Jason, you gonna play?"

I shouted back...."only if you get naked and suck Aidens cock!"

I was joking and didn't really know why I said that?

As soon as I said it I realised what I said and immediately apologised, saying that I was joking.....

Billy was bright red in the face and Aj the little bugger said "Jason's joking, but I dare you!"

Aiden smiled telling Billy, "a dare is a dare...."

Billy walked to Aiden and got on his knees in front of him and started wanking him! When he got him hard he sucked him!!

Blair was looking a bit shocked as was Gerry,......but they continued watching them!

With a bit of luck that sight would put Blair off his table tennis!!!??

So I went to the table and grabbed a bat...

Didn't realise it but the others where looking forward to me playing!

Blair looked, came over, shook my hand and said "may the best man win for the championship title!"

I then had a feeling this was all arranged prior and I was being set up!!!

UPDATE....

LEO here....

I've finally managed to arrange a 'meet & greet' weekend for a reader and their partner!

All accommodation, meals, activities and drinks costs are on us..!!!

The winner will arrive on FRIDAY 8th MAY 2026 to see all the reception lads!

On Saturday morning you will partake in the laser clay shooting with Barnaby and his assistant.

Saturdays evening meal will be at the staff table where you will meet all the staff! The table tradition is of course voluntary!

Sunday will be in the gym with the gym lads and a nice massage from Tom.

Then over to the Tannery for either a sunbed or spray tan session.

And then sunday night will be a 'shorts and sliders' party!

You will leave Monday morning after having breakfast with the lads!!

To enter just 'reply in forum' with a thumbs up, a smiley face or yes please!!

Your username will then be put in a hat and on Monday 5th January, Jason will pick the winner.!

I think I have been set up here!

Blair was smiling...and the others were now congregating around the table tennis table!

Sam decided he that would be the umpire and his decision would be final in case of disputes...

It was also decided that the match would be the best of 5, so the first to win 3 games is the champion.

Blair was taking the piss I think as he was now doing some warm up excerises!!

And Gerry was massaging his shoulders!!

For fucks sake!!

Harry didn't like that and he started massaging my shoulders saying "don't worry Dad his full of shit...all talk and no action"

Sam flipped a coin to see who served first....

I won the toss so I was going to serve first...

Sam then told us that "the first player to get to 11 points in a game is the winner. However, if a game is tied at 10-10, a player must win a game by two clear points. You do not lose service if you lose a point, each player must serve for two points in a row before handing the service over to their opponent."

My title was in jeopardy here.!!! Blair was looking serious....

He was a little bit over confident and cocky and shouted out that "is their a prize for winning?"

Aj shouted back "no prize but a forfeit if you loose!"

Cocky Blair shouted back "any forfeit as I'm not going to lose!"

Famous last words Blair...knowing the lads the forfeit is going to involve you being bollock naked!

I asked Blair if I could warm up first as he's been playing and I haven't.

Sam agreed so me and Gerry had a few shots to warm me up and get "my eye in"

I saw the others in a huddle having a conversation, looking at Blair?

I wonder what they were discussing?

I was about to start playing when Leo comes running in, shouting Jason!

The Alarm company has just phoned.. the Business Centre's alarms are ringing, the police have been called.

He had his laptop open and on watching the 'live' CCTV footage their was definitely 2 x people on site....we couldnt see their faces.

Aiden and Dean got dressed immediately as did Sam and Darren.

Darren had his police forensic volvo outside and told us to come with him.....

He "bluelighted" with sirens blaring until we got about half a mile away when he switched the lights and sirens off.

We pulled up about 100 foot from the Business centre.

We rushed to the back doors hearing sirens in the background.

Aiden saw the door lock was broken and we went in. The internal alarm wasn't ringing as it was on silent.

I felt my mobile vibrating in my pocket and it was Leo saying the intruders are upstairs by offices 30-34 in the extension.

Aiden told us that him and Dean will take the main stairs and me and Sam to take the back stairs and Darren to wait to open the door to the police..

We rushed upstairs a to find 2 x persons, one with a sledgehammer in his hands breaking down the door to office 31. That was the mobile phone company.....

Sam shouted, stupid boy, and the 2 people ran towards us welding the sledgehammer....

Sam pushed me out of the way making me fall on the floor and grabbed the sledgehammer and they then tussled on the floor. The other person kicked Sam hard in the chest.

The 2 ran down the stairs and I heard a shout of "taser, taser, taser".

I made sure Sam was ok and Aiden and Dean ran up the corridor to us and we picked Sam up and headed downstairs.

One of the person's was stood with his arms in the air and the one with the sledgehammer was on the floor... a police officer had tasered him.

One of the 2 coppers pulled their hoods down and asked us if we recognised them?

Aiden told them they were now known to him and shouldn't be here....

The police took the 2 burglars away in handcuffs.....

The rear door was now insecure and we couldn't leave it as it was.

I didn't want too, but I phoned John asking if he could come and secure it for us?

It was now a bit late and John gave me a bit of an earful saying how late it was and me always complaining about them working outside business hours and not claiming overtime etc etc!!

He really was giving me a mouthful.

Don't blame him really as I have been moaning.......

He said him and Henry will come...

I said thank you and asked how long they will be?

I then heard Aiden laugh and look behind me....

I turned round and their was John and Henry!

The little shits were already here!

They both laughted......

I gave both of them a hug and a kiss on the top of their heads....

Aiden and Blair said they will stay here if its ok that John gives them a lift back?

Me, Sam and Darren went back to the hotel....

Sam looked uncomfortable sitting in the car and I asked him 3 times throughout the journey if he was ok?

We got back to the hotel and I asked Liam to take a look at Sam.....

As soon as Sam raised his shirt his right side was very red...

Liam touched the area and Sam withdrew with pain etched on his face. He also noticed that Sam's breathing was a bit 'laboured' and was at times having a shortness of breath.

Liam wasn't happy and told me that Sam needs to go to hospital for a check up as it's possible that he could have damaged his lung?

Liam said he would take Sam and Ian to the A&E for a check up.

John, Henry, Aiden and Dean returned saying they have secured the back door and will sort out a new swipe card lock and fit it in the morning.

We all congregated in the bar and had a well earned drink.

I was worried about Sam and realised that my right shoulder and arm was hurting due to Sam pushing me out of the way and me falling on the floor.

Harry noticed that was arm was a little bit limp and pulled my tee shirt up......

Jesus, I was a bit red and Harry said that will turn into a big bruise tomorrow.

I had a couple of brandy's for medicinal purposes only of course!!

Blair kindly 'let me off' our table tennis match......such good sportsmanship!

AJ told him he's only letting me off because he didn't like the foreit!

I didn't know what the forfeit was?

Aj laughted.......

Apparently, if Blair lost he had to strip stark bollock naked and streak around the outside of the hotel and then in front of everybody he had to shoot his load!!

Then he had to lay, spreadeagled on the floor, and whoever wanted to shoot their load over him, they could!!

And to make matters worse for him he had to stay like that for exactly an hour before he could shower!!!

Wow!

(Happy new year everyone. From all the lads)

Simon was still on holiday as such so again I was the night security etc.

03.02am.....

I was at reception thinking about the car and van rental business when the lovely Harry appeared with a cappuccino and a sandwich in his hands...

"Here Dad, thought you might be hungry"....he said as he gave them to me and sat down.

He asked if I was ok and if I've heard from Sam?....it was obvious he was worried about me and Sam.

03.36am.

The Cctv monitor beeped and flashed.

Frightened the life out of Harry!! And to be honest made me jump as well.

We both looked at the Cctv monitor and saw the main gates were automatically opening which told me that somebody had entered the code into the keypad.

As the car drove up the driveway the external lights came on and we saw it was Liam's car.

Liam, Ian and Sam knocked on the front door and I pressed the button to open the lock....

They walked in looking shattered.

Sam was ok but has 1 x broken rib and 1 x fractured rib.

The doctor has given Sam some strong painkillers and some breathing excerises to do but aren't too worried about him.

Harry said that Sam must tell the police so they can charge the 'bastard'.

He told them that he will make them a hot drink and a sandwich, which they all accepted...

I gave all 3 of them a hug being extra careful with Sam as it was obvious he was in pain still...

Next morning....

04.00am

Once again Leo came down to take over so I could get some sleep. Love you Leo....

I missed breakfast as I was asleep!

08.30am.....

Me and Gerry head to the storage centre to get the car and van rental office and that set up.

09.30am....

The 2 vans we ordered were delivered by the 2 delivery drivers.

Gerry checked them over and signed for them and got all the paperwork like V5's etc.

Half hour later a transporter arrived with our 6 cars on board.

Again Gerry did the inspections and signed for them and got all the associated paperwork.....

It was now open for business!

All the roof upright rental signs were on, the cars cleaned etc.

Gerry had all the keys tagged and in the key safe...

He looked really happy as he was putting all the vehicles paperwork in their respective folders.

As he was doing this a knock on the door...

A client of the storage unit accompanied by Blair, asked what the prices were of the vans and whether we rent them out by the hour, half day, full day etc?

Gerry looked at me and I just smiled.

Gerry asked the bloke what he wanted to do and move with the van....he was now in professional mode!

He told the bloke that as he is a client of the storage centre he was willing to allow a part day rental for him which is for 4 hours....

The bloke booked a van for tomorrow morning!!

Our first customer!

After he finished with that customer I saw him make a phone call....

20 minutes later he came out with a huge smile on his face..... "told you we need more vans!"

He told me that he has just rented out a van to a company he knows for a 3 month rental period!

I phoned my vehicle dealer straight away!

Later on that day Gerry was dealing with another prospective customer and I saw Blair eagerly watching. Ethan was laughing........

I saw Gerry and this customer both go outside and look over one of the rental cars. Then Gerry handed over the car key, took off the roof signs and waves the customer goodbye as he drove out of the car park!!

Another rental!!!

I heard Blair say "oh fuck" as Gerry came back in smiling at us and saying to Blair "oh dear mate, I'm looking forward to tonight!"

Ethan laughted louder and said "I'm looking forward too it as well, serves you right Blair. Shouldn't have betted mate.."

Oh dear Blair...another forfeit?

Yes I did have a bet on with Gerry that he would not rent a car out on the opening day!

I was over confident as I had already been told that Jason would have won at table tennis but I let my ego get in the way with Gerry.

I now have to do the same forfeit as the one if I lost against Jason.!!!

I wasn't in all honesty looking forward to it!!

I don't mind the streaking part or the wanking part but to lay their and have the others cum on me and me not being able to shower for an hour afterwards is my nightmare!

Jesus wept....must learn to keep my mouth shut!

Anyway we finished up at the storage centre and was back just in time for evening meal.....

As I entered the dining room I expected all the lads to make a comment to me or laugh or cheer. But nothing....it seemed like they didn't know about the bet?

Absolutely lovely and so filling...

Gerry didn't say anything about the bet.....but afterwards when we were all socialising in the bar Gerry came up to me, and asked for a quiet word?

We went to a table in the corner...

Here we go...he's going to make me do that stupid bet.....

He looked at me and smiled...."Blair that bet was a bit stupid in parts and if I can be honest with you, I would rather have something happen between us 2 instead?"

Gerry looked down at the floor and went bright red in the face....

"Instead of involving the others why don't we just suck each other off?"

Sam was sitting at a table looking like he was still in a bit of pain.

Liam came walking into the bar... yes walking....he had been to have his new prosthetic fitted....
