so, I really want to try BB, but have always been worried in case catch anything. just love the idea of feeling a big hard bare cock fucking me, untill it unloads its hot thick load of cum right up me, then feeling him still fuck me with all that cum now squelching and used as lube, hopefully he keeps going for a second load. then when it all oozes out of me, he goes down to lick his cream pie he just gave me.

If only I could meet someone who was genuinely clear. I think I'd go for it

First rule would be never believe anyone who meets randomly and says they are sti free. You could be tested and fine. Go with someone and then it wouldn’t show for a few weeks on a test.

You can take prep event based or daily

If event based needs to be 2 hours before sex and the next day. You don’t need to take it all the time.

Get what ever vaccines you can get. If you can get doxypep get that. Whilst not 100% it’s better than nothing. And acts like a morning after pill. Again you don’t need to take it daily. Just up to 72 hours after unprotected sex

Self preservation is key.

I much rather prefer bb but you must be certain that your partner is clean. That means asking for proof of a clear test. If they're unwilling to show you or keep making excuses, move on. I'm tested regularly and I'm more than happy to show my results to a future partner.

No prep is pre exposure

And will only help stop you getting HIV.

DOXYpep is basically doxycycline and you take 2 times 200mg tablets up to 72 hours after sex and that’s it. This offers you 40-75% protection against different stis

But not HIV or certain strains of gonorrhoea

There are jabs to protect you from gonorrhoea hepatitis mpox hpv and so many other things.

Best have a chat with your local sex health clinic.

It’s totally confidential. The notes they make do not even go on your doctors notes

I would also say if you are going to have BB Then ensure you’re testing regularly as well.

Always best to be informed.

Whilst bb is great. If you are also still sleeping with the Mrs and she doesn’t know about this side of your sexuality then you owe it to her to be as safe as possible.

No judgment I have been with bicurious guys both bb and condoms.

Recently been on holiday and had a lot of FUN and since been home have met with guys and informed them. Giving them the choice of condoms if they want until I can be tested in new year.

Near Manchester Airport

I take PrEP daily, regardless of whether I'm being fucked, along with my regular vitamin supplements. Got vaccinated against Gonorrhea but was told it may only be 30% effective; hey, every little helps. Have also been given some tablets which help against Syphilis if taken after being fucked.

See a health advisor and be totally frank. They hear this stuff day in and day out, so don't feel ashamed, they'd rather you have this conversation than come in with an STI.

There isn’t a 100% guarantee against getting an sti. I’m on daily prep and play safe. I am tested every three months when I receive my new prep supply. However I can catch an sti through oral sex too and I accept the risk.

I meet occasionally and have so far not caught anything. But I accept the risks. More partners increases the risk.

I can prove my tested status but, as an sti may not show on a test if I’d had sex close to testing, it can sometimes be a false positive.

I know when I’m going to be tested and refrain from sex for at least two weeks before to hopefully get the most accurate result.

You’ve been given a lot of factual information in previous posts to show there cannot be 100% guarantees. I would urge you to select carefully whom you want your bareback experience and hopefully he is very honest and does not meet multiple partners
