The heading of SHORTS reminded me of something years ago one Sunday afternoon when I was in a car sales as part owner. A man in his mid+ twenties came in re a Jag XK150 we had for sale ( which he bought ). He was hotfoot from South Africa for a good reason. We talked and subsequently became friends. He told in Pietermaritzberg ?, where he worked as a mechanic, local black guys would walk around wearing shorts with their knobs showing hanging down at bottom of their shorts. Presumably to emphasise their " desireabity " over white guys?
