Like most of us, there are good patches and there are dry patches when no matter what time of day or day of the week it is you can’t get a meet!
This has been quite a long dry spell, combination of work, very quiet online and lots of familiar faces that are after different things, (oh, and of course the all too familiar bunch of timewasters!)
However, as anyone who knows the score, perseverance is key and never giving up because at some point the luck changes and the meet you’ve been craving happens.
So, having been looking days and nights for the past couple of weeks to no avail, I wasn’t too optimistic of my chances tonight but gave it a go anyway.
Meet wanted up, status changed to being able to accomodate for anyone wanting to unload and let’s see what the night brings.
So, as expected for several hours nothing, plenty of views a couple of messages completely ignoring what’s on offer and asking for weird stuff, not looking promising but will refresh one last time and see if my luck changes.
Just after midnight the message hits my inbox. “You free?”
Yes, is my reply.
