I had the same issue. You can’t log on in Safari in an incognito/private browser. You need to be in an ordinary browser window. That was my issue.

If anyone is still struggling to access squirt; then I have fixed the issue (at least for me). Look at their FAQ page - there are Login issues on iOS 26 (Safari) using private browsing - but there is a workaround.
