I know this subject has been touched on already so apologies if this is already out there but very keen to try sauna for first time - mainly Northwich sauna sauna (not exactly sure what is the best day) tempted to try tgirl day and naked day on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
Never been to club before but tempted to go very soon.
Can I ask do you wear flip flops to a sauna? I imagine you go in, get changed - put your stuff in locker (keep brown bottle on me), get naked, have shower - then explore?
