Natural fibres let your skin breathe, thinner is better so it can allow faster evaporation.

However technical fabrics can help wick the sweat away from your skin fast and distribute the liquid over a thinner layer to help evaporate and prevent rubbing.

Tips:

Find something that avoids ‘swampiness’.

Pack a change with you and treat yourself to dry undercrackers at lunch.

Make sure you’re not using too much laundry detergent or detergents with heavy scents that linger in the fabric, when you get hot and sweaty if your adding residual chemicals into the mix, and any friction from movement it can get unpleasant fast.
