The cake bar is extremely busy now as Arlo has done a bit of his marketing magic and we now have people visit our little barn shop on the hotel grounds!

So now we have to be on our best behaviour at all times!!

Its good as people can see the Flowery as well and people try and go in their as well....

He proposed to Jason to turn it into a local shop to buy exceptional wines and artisan cheese. So customers can see a curated collection from independent winemakers, thus discoving new favourites and he said he can hold regular tasting events, and customers can unwind with a glass of wine with a good selection of cheese platters, gift ideas, and of course expert recommendations.

As Harry has already said that our part time barman/receptionist, Scott, has come up with an idea about turning one of the spare barns into a fine wine and cheese shop......

I got John and Henry to start work on the configuration of the barn.

We need to install sturdy wooden and metal wine racks and wall shelving. Also a counter, for service, with an integrated till system and a cutting board surface for cheese prep.

And of course stock off specialized cheese paper, eco-friendly wine carry bags, and gift boxes.

Arlo sat with me when we went through the online brochues.

I have never seen so much wine in one place before!!

Oh shit.....

We got back to the hotel and I sat in my office....
