Part 3109

Thanks for that Zak....

Judging from the Dm's received the readers loved that!!

Anyway.....

I was relaxing in my flat with Dylan and Harry, who was having his head massaged.

(The following is a bit emotional)

A knock on the door....

Dylan shouted come in and in came Finlay and Fred.

Fred hasn't been well of late, due to his leukemia and has been off work at the ambulance control room.

They saw Harry laying across me with my spider head massager on his head and apologised saying they would come back....

Harry sat up and told them its ok and he will leave...

Finlay replied... "it's ok Harry I just wanted to book Dylan's services as the barber!"

Dylan asked what needs shaving?..

"Full body from neck down please, totally smooth".....

We all sat looking at Finlay...a full body shave, totally smooth?

Fred started getting, what Harry calls "wet eyes" and as soon as Harry noticed he got up and put his arm round him and sat him down...

Harry did look a picture....dressed in just shorts with my spider head massager still on his head....

Harry then went and made the cappuccinos for us all.....

Obviously, I thought, something was a bit 'amiss' here and asked Finlay if everything is ok?

Then both him and Fred started physically crying.

Fred put his head in his hands and cried.

I put my arm round him and noticed that Dylan had sat Finlay down and had his arm around his shoulder.

Harry bought the cappuccinos in and made an excuse that he has to check the ovens in the cake bar.....

I let Finlay and Fred regain their composures first before asking anything else.

I had a feeling I knew what was perhaps the problem due to my own battles with the big C......

Fred then stood up..

He took his shirt off.... he had no body hair at all....

He then lowered his jeans and briefs to his ankles.....

He had no body hair at all....none on his legs or any pubes.....

He pulled his briefs and jeans back up telling us its the treatment his having is the cause.....

Finlay then told us.....

"I love Fred so much and hate seeing him ill. So if he's smooth all over I don't want him to feel different and then get upset seeing me with body hair. So please shave me smooth Dylan"

I started Welling up myself and ended up with wet eyes.......

Part 3110

Next day.....breakfast.

Cheesy sausage breakfast casserole.

Unusual, but delicious!

After breakfast Scott and Aaron went to the 'cheese factory' to buy some cheese for the shop...

I noticed that Finlay and Fred was at breakfast so they must have stayed the night in the staff quarters, which they regularly do.

I noticed Harry was talking to them and being very animated with his arms......

As breakfast was finishing Harry stood up and asked everybody to "listen up"

He was hopping from foot to foot which told us all that he wasn't a happy bunny and was either upset or angry.

"Unfortunately Fred's treatment for his leukaemia has resulted in him losing all his body hair. Finlay doesn't want him to feel different or left out and has decided to ask Dylan to give him a full body shave to match Fred. (Harry then looked at Dylan)...Dylan can you book me in for a full body shave as well please?"

Within seconds, about 10 lads stood up and simply said something like "and me" or "I'm in" or "book me in as well".....

Then.......

Everybody sitting at the table stood up......and I mean everybody.

Tony was one that stood up.....

"Fred is family and family stick together through thick and thin, count me in please"

Fred started crying and Finlay hugged him.. but had 'wet' eyes as well.

I must confess my eyes were now a bit wet......

I couldn't wish for a better 'extended family' than I have...

I love them all and they love each other like brothers....

Part 3111

Fred stood up, still crying and thanked everybody for their support.

"Thank you, I appreciate your support, but please lads, I didn't have a choice about my body hair but you still have yours. Its a nice gesture on your part but please, don't do it. Just knowing you would is enough for me"

He then sat down and started eating his breakfast.....

Later on in the morning Scott and Aaron arrived back with a van load of all different cheeses...

The smell was amazing to be honest.

Them 2 and Tony and Ian put the cheeses away in the cabinets and display areas.

The little retail 'village' was looking good as John, Henry, Adam and Sebastian had re-done the hardcore and put up hand rails etc. It looked really good with the shops having their own signage and that.

Even though the wine and cheese shop wasn't officially open as such, customers were still going in and buying!!

I went to our staff car park and where the 3 wedding cars are kept, as Leo told me that Fred and Finlay were still on site washing and cleaning the cars.

I got their and found them in just shorts and trainers washing the cars by hand!!

They saw me and Fred went to give me a hug!!

"Bugger off Fred, your all wet and soapy!" I shouted at him...

We all laughted....

Finlay told me that Dylan is shaving him smooth tonight but hopes that the others listened to Fred as he really doesn't want them to be shaved as well?

I went back to reception and told Leo and Billy to pass the word around that Fred really doesn't want them to be shaved.

Part 3112

Well... when I said Finlay and Fred was washing the cars by hand, I should have said it was Finlay actually doing the washing as Fred was sitting on a stool with the hosepipe in his hand!!

I wondered how he got so wet and soapy? My mind went into overload imagining Finlay soap up Fred !!

I sat in my office thinking....

We have another 2 barns, albeit a bit derelict, which could be used as more 'shops' in our little shopping village.

I saw Lewis walk past and head for the gym....

I asked how he was now?

Its his 4 days off, they work funny shifts in the fire service, and he likes working out in the gym when Nathan is working.

He asked me if I wanted to join him?

I had my sports bag in the office so yes I went with him...

We got to the changing room and Lewis is one of the lads who likes to have a shower first before having a work out.

He had no problem in stripping in front of me.......

I decided to join him in the shower, as to be fair, having a warm shower before excerise does help the muscles relax.

I made the fatal mistake of asking him how him and Nathan are getting on?

I couldn't help noticing not only the smile on his face but also how his cock responsed!!!

He apologised saying he was embarrassed now, as "everytime I think about me and Nathan I feel so happy and lucky. I love him"

They are a good couple and well suited to be honest...same age, same build, they like the same things etc.

He also told me ......"and Nathan is lovely in bed! He's so caring and gentle but can be dominate if the mood is right!! And I love it that we both are versatile as we both get to fuck each other."

My god!!

My own cock started responding as I was thinking about Dylan!!

Lewis noticed and then said the most lovely thing......

"Thinking of Dylan? I know there's a age difference between you and Dylan but its so obvious that you two are so much in love with each other. Its so nice to see how happy you two are and a lot of the lads look at you two as how a marriage should be like"

Thanks Lewis....that touched my heart......

Part 3113

I had a good work out with Lewis, both 'spotting' for each other and then on the treadmill for a 5k run.

Lewis is certainly getting his back strength up and his physiotherapist and Tom are doing an excellent job on his back injury he sustained whilst on duty.

We both finished, showered and I went back to my office....

Arlo and Scott came and saw me as Arlo has again managed to get some promising candidates to help Scott in the wine and cheese shop from the local college.

He has 4 people interested and all have just passed The WSET Level 1 Award in Wines. This course established the basic skills and product knowledge required in the service and retail of wine. The qualification covers skills such as identifying wine styles, practice of storing and serving wine, and food and wine matching.

Scott thought this qualification is ideal for a new member of staff and wants to interview them ASAP.

I agreed and told Scott to carry on.

He showed me the candidates resumes and Cv's.

3 lads and a lass...aged from 23-30.

2 of the Cv's attracted my eye straight away by their presentation and set up.

One of the other Cv's was 8 pages long... the only thing it didn't tell me was how many times a day he went to the toilet!!!

Plus with all his activities and sports and clubs he belongs too it a wonder he has time for a job!!

Part 3114

My 2 was radio crackled....

I was needed in reception.

I got their and found a motorbike courier waiting with a large envelope in his hand saying I have to sign for it personally....

I noticed the envelope had a return address of the hotel I was prepared to sue in court.

I signed for it and went into my office calling Leo in as well.

The hotel had made me an 'out of court' settlement 'without prejudice'

I phoned Joe who came over straight away....

Joe advised they are just chancing there luck and advised me to negotiate more from them.

He also said they are on the back foot as they know if it went to court whether they lost or won it would ruin their reputation.

I got Sam to hand deliver my counter offer of wanting £75,000 more to settle this put of court.....

Then, all of a sudden, the 2 way radios emergency alarm went off...

We heard a shout from Julie, our housekeeper, saying "oh god, medical emergency room 121, help"

Billy got the master key fob whilst Aj grabbed the defibrillator in case it was needed.

Me, Leo, Billy and Aj rushed to the room along with Tom from the gym.

We got their and found the guest on the floor unresponsive.

Liam arrived soon after.....

Aj was giving the guest, an older man aged about 60 CPR whilst Liam was attaching the defibrillator to him.

An ambulance had already been called.

The gent was not breathing and had no heart beat....

The defibrillator advised to Shock, so Liam asked everybody to move away and not touch the gent and then pressed the red button. He then asked Aj to continue with CPR, as per the voice prompts given by the defibrillator. Aj gave CPR for another two minutes. The defibrillator re-evaluated the heart rhythm and the voice prompt told us to shock again.

The gent was 'shocked' by the defibrillator 4 times before an ambulance crew arrived.

Then the police arrived...

I'm sad to report that gentleman was pronounced dead on arrival to the hospital.

To make matters worse, the gentleman's wife was unaware of what had happened until she arrived back from a shopping trip and found a police officer waiting for her.

It goes without saying that the lads were deeply upset about this incident especially Harry, Alfie and Morgan....

Evening meal was very somber....

Part 3115

The hotel room was still a 'crime scene' until the late gents wife told the police that he had a triple heart valve bypass earlier that year and was due to have more open heart surgery later on in the month.

The Detective in charge officially released the room as they have been in contact with the gents doctor and hospital and have classed it as 'death from natural causes, no suspicious circumstances'

Next morning.....

Breakfast....

I noticed that the staff dining room now had the big table and 2 seperate tables?

As we sat down on the big table Alex asked for our attention.......

"Ok lads, listen up please. As from tomorrow we are going to run 2 different menus for breakfast and evening meals. The menus will be printed the night before and you can choose the healthy option or the normal menu"

What the fuck?

It was Jack who spoke first.....

"But all the food you prepare and we eat are what we consider healthy? Its normal food that we like and appreciate? You kitchen chefs look after us well and feed us a good well balanced diet anyway? I know that you monitor what Jason eats etc but we're a lot younger than him"

Oh thanks for that Jack!

I wasn't impressed with that suggestion at all......

For years we have had one large dining table and we all have eaten the same.....

I didn't want the table split in 2 and didn't like the idea of having to eat 'healthy monitored' food all the time!!

It was Aj that now spoke....

"Well, I for one will be sitting on the normal table as I like the variety of food that you cook for us and healthy food is boring. And the meals are always different. And we are fit and healthy with your help and the gyms help. I think its stupid that your splitting the table up as well"

Well said AJ.......

Part 3116

AJ......here now..

What a bloody stupid suggestion!

Having 2 tables for meals, a good healthy option and a not so healthy option!!

More work for the kitchen lads and printing a menu the night b4 plus us having to decide wot we want the night b4... stupid idea.

I like not knowing wots being served. I like the suprise of the smell and the explanation of the food by the chef. I like it as it is.

We're a big family, an extended family.....families don't have bloody menus and having to 'pick' a meal the night b4? You come down for meals and 'mum' (or dad) plates your meals up and you eat it!

Ok I admit sometimes 'mum' would ask you what you would like the next day but guaranteed fish and chips on the friday and a sunday roast obviously on the sunday!!!

And when I made my views known at the table I saw Jason and a lot of the other lads 'nod' agreeing with me!

A stupid, stupid idea!!

No disrespect to Alex, who was obviously the chef behind this idea, and I can understand the reasoning behind it.....

But....wots the saying?.....

"All for one, and one for all" ?

I was annoyed at the time...I don't know why I was to be honest, but I bloody well was....

I then, and for the life of me, I don't know why?......but I starting stripping off my uniform!!

I took my jacket off...then my tie, then my shirt.....

Jason asked me "what the hell are you doing Aj?"

I ignored him and kicked my shoes off then my trousers off, then my boxers!!!

I was standing their in just my socks!

Wot the fuck was I thinking?

I then shouted.....

"Look at me! This is me! This is wot you get....the same as you lot. We're no different, in general we have the same parts. We all have back teeth, called molars, that we use to crush and grind hard pieces of food into a soft pulp, so we can swallow safely. We survive by drinking water and eating varied foods. Every Country and ethnic origin has they own speciality food that they eat. Variety is the spice of life meaning that doing new things and changing your routine makes life more fun and interesting"

Then everybody stood up and clapped me!!!

I got dressed.....

I noticed Alex wasn't here anymore and I went into the kitchen to find him sitting in the office crying...

Oh shit.....

Part 3117

AJ.....Still writing...

Oh fuck....

Alex was upset.

I went into the office and gave him a hug...

I apologised for my manner and told him it wasn't my intention to upset him.

He told me that he handled it very badly and could have asked the lads first instead of just telling them.....

He also told me that.....

"After that bloke died I was just so worried about Jason and you lot. I didn't think it through right, it was a knee jerk reaction and I'm sorry Aj as I've obviously upset you and a few of the others"

I hugged him tighter and suggested that he goes back in the dining room and tell them wot he has just told me.

We both went back and I asked the others to please listen to wot Alex is going to say....

Alex told them that he was "so worried about you lot and Jason, after that blokes death and I was only trying to protect you. I have handled it like a prick and I should have just asked you first instead of telling you. For that I apologise"

The lads stood up and everyone of them either hugged him or tapped him on the back or head.

(Dylan here now..... Alex did ask me before he told the lads at the dining table and sought advice on the matter. I wanted him, as part of his personal development, to make an executive decision on the meals etc. He did suggest and told me his idea and I admit I handled it wrong as well. I should have hinted towards asking the lads first, but I didn't. I wanted him to come up with an idea and see it through...I have apologised to Alex...)
