I was lucky enough to be invited by a mate of mine to go to a gay New Year's Eve party. I had to pick him up and drive to Southampton in torrential rain...it was so bad I couldn't see the road in front of me at times but we made it there.

As we crossed the road to the house we got completed drenched. The guy let us in and told us to get out of our wet clothes before we catch our colds.
