Since moving to IPhone a few days ago, I can’t seem to get notifications to come through. Is this something only Android users can have? Or have a missed something?

i don't get any notifications either I just put it down to a bug in the system.

But you may be right it could be an apple thing.

Notifications were out of action for several years and it was blamed on an incompatibility with the Chrome browser.

In recent months they have returned and worked ok but since they've made the changes to the messaging system they've been lost again.

Notifications are the most basic and the most useful requirement of any app, it's crazy they can't get it right.

I'm assuming it's something to do with it not being a proper app from the app store and because it's an extension of the chrome browser system.

As far as I know notifications will only work on Chrome and no other browser.

I use Edge and get notifications ok on Android.
