We have a filter in place to block messages from men outside our preferred age range, but regularly get messages from much younger guys. Any idea why that happens?

That's my point - we've got the filter on, it just doesn't seem to work, at least not consistently.

This may sound strange, have you saved the mail age setting? My profile states 20-60 but I haven't saved it and any age can message me. Go to account and then message filters and have a look to ensure you have saved the age range it should have a Red x and not a green tick

If you have messaged or winked a profile then that profile will be able to message you xx

We've noticed it too. I'm aware of the filters, we're all set to preventing profiles with without public photos, but we've had people without public photos message us, the thing they have in common is these profiles had private photos listed on their profile.... perhaps an error in the system, or how the filter works?
