It works fine for me when abroad. I was recently in Malta and I had no trouble using the site

As someone who lives abroad most of the year I can happily confirm that is works in any country that you can get an internet connection. Any surprisingly you will often find fellow fabbers. But be careful in countries where this is banned and use a VPN. But in Europe not a problem and i get meets wherever I am in Europe.

Yes - you may have to key in a code - but that’s easy enough . It works abroad -I’ve used it numerous times .
