Can the mods or whoever say what discussions or posts about chatting via messaging apps are allowed ?

Would stop posts being deleted

Can they say why it’s changed too

Would benefit everyone on here

I dont get the problem. The mods dont like certain chat topics (for understandable reasons) but why stop people who do wish to chat from fixing up a meet on another platform. Its hardly going to adverseley impact Fabguys is it still less bring it into disrepute which is presumably what they dont want. Anyway im sure subtle ways will be found to express a preference.

Ive already posted a similar thread and made a recomendation directly to admin. I use other apps for direct one on one webcam chat because you cant do that in here. I think if fabguys were to allow direct one on one, and were to charge a little more for the extra server charges, i think people would pay for it, because many of the third party apps either cant be trusted or they give out to much more private details about an individual.

Ive recently started to avoid using many of these apps and prefer to stick to skype. As there are many guys out there using the apps for much darker interactions, one such app is "session" which is known to be used by peadofiles. It utterly disgusts me that i may be making a link with such a person and makes me very angry and at the same time frustrated with fabguys for not going the full mile with the webcam features on this site. Id prefer it in house, so that many security features can continue to protect me and others.

Asking to swop details has never been allowed on the forum so why they get removed. It normally generates people adding their personal details which is also not allowed on the forum.

If you want to swop details then your mailbox is your best bet
