Been trying to renew via text (which has previously been working fine) but the message will not deliver.

Have checked my adult setting on my account and I am on a contract so no issues with credits on my account.

it may be a problem with sending and receiving short codes (thats the 5 digit phone numbers) I had to contact my provider talkmobile to enable this seperately despite having had the adult content block removed.
