Think you'd have to do it in your phone gallery before uploading to the site

Easier enough to do, in your gallery select the picture and they'll be some sort of edit function that can rotate pics.

Do that then upload it again to this site

You would have to do it on your phone or PC then upload it again and delete the original.

The pics I want to upload are definitely in portrait mode in my gallery but landscape here!!!

If they're correct orientation in your gallery, try making a minor amend like cropping the image very slightly then re-upload to here

I’m having this problem too , and I’ve tried changing the orientation before uploading but it still ends up the wrong way round
