Password resets don't work

Trying to reset my password after getting a new phone. My old phone remembered me so I haven't typed in a password for a long time. I hit the reset button after entering my email address and nothing happens. Any solutions? Can't find a way to contact any support either unless Im looking in the wrong place.

There's no 121 support from the site. If you still have the old phone, can you not look at your password manager for the password.

I've always got the emails from FAB, have you checked the junk folder?

If you don't get a mail when asking for a password reset then ask Admin for help from the contact link.
