I've tried 4 times to update my account via text message and nothing has happened, does this mean that fabguys are closing down?

I’ve not long renewed my account and there’s been no issue. You always get that thank you message from them when renewing your account.

Be careful I did did that before so sent again then 10 mins later both came through and charged me twice

Check the following:

Did you text the correct word (GUYS) to the correct number 79100?

Enough credit to send a normal text and for the £5 charge?

Do you have signal?

Is your phone registered to an adult aged 18+ and verified to receive adult content? Your mobile network can check this for you.

I've been doing this for the last 10 years plus, every month so I think I know what I'm doing and I know how they respond, I did one for fabswingers and that went through perfectly but doing it for fabguys and nothing, that's the reason for my first post and again thank you for all your responses

Sometimes they just take time to come through and why the site says don't send for another straight away

I've sorted it now by phoning, if that fails in the future then I'm gone, I don't know if you guy's have noticed but there's a definite decline on this site since COVID it's a shame as I have met some fantastic people here, and thank you all for your help

The app on my phone closes down on my phone if I have not used it in say 1 minute therefore it shows me as offline. Other apps I use do not go to sleep and stay open. Is there any way that I can keep this app open and not go to sleep?

Can anyone in admin please tell me why ive had 200 videos now rejected with the earliest video dating from june 2021, why have many of my videos been ok for over 4 years and now they have been rejected ,

And im in 99.9% of my videos and pics

So are other people who's faces can be seen. This is not allowed.You also have to be in any pic or vid you upload.

If people report a video that is against rules it will be taken down, you had three from 2021 removed but the majority of them were very recent uploads and from this year.

If you mask out other peoples faces and upload them again they should be appoved

Can anyone in admin tell again WHY have more of my videos been rejected again especially as ive blocked the faces of the guys im with, and in both video's there isnt even a face showing .

We can access the site on Wifi but not on mobile network (or the other way round!). We get a connection/security/certificate error.

If you get a connection/security/certificate error accessing the site on 4G/mobile-data but not on WiFi (or, the other way round!) it means your mobile network (or ISP if on wifi) has blocked your device from adult content. Some mobile networks have started to do this to phones that have always been 18+ verified and some seemingly do it randomly. If you contact your mobile network on their helpline or via their website, you will see how to age verify your mobile account. The error you see is your ISP trying to display a message which does not show on a secure/ssl site like Fab. We've created a special page you can view which isn't served over secure/ssl so should be able to see the underlying message, here.

Once you have age verified your phone, your network usually advises turning the phone off then on again. It sometimes takes a few minutes then for the block to be removed.
