I put up a new video it says it's loaded and been approved but it's not showing g on he new pics tab ?? What have I done wrong

Nothing, depending on what you've uploaded, it might be showing in the XXX section.

They don't always show as available straight away, not sure if it's because longer vids take longer to process, but it looks like yours are now available.
