A guy who contacted ME suddenly deleted his account, then reinstated it and looked at me again. I sent a message to him and he deleted his account again! How do I report this?

Once the account is deleted there's nothing you or the Admin team can do.

All you can do is keep an eye out for him rejoining and then block him immediately. There are a few people near me who are serial multiple view / delete / rejoin types, always use the same pic and similar name, as soon as I see them rejoin on the timeline I block. Been going on for years! Nerves I get, but when you're deleting / rejoining 12 times a year it's probably time to shit or get off the pot. 😅

What are you reporting? Someone who deletes their accounts? If he was abusive or threatening in his message I could understand but you didn't mention that.

I have a couple of regulars who delete their profile and come back with a new one. They have their reasons. A lot can be time wasters, but some are genuine. Don't think there is a reason to report it. If I feel they are not genuine I just block them. It's not a problem.

Sorry, but what are you wanting to report. Nothing out of the ordinary, and it doesn't break any rules.
