'GUYS' text not working?

I've used the 79100 'GUYS' site supporter upgrade for years without any problems but it no longer works for me, although it still takes the money. Twice in the last four days I have tried to renew my account but not received any response, nor has the money been refunded. Has anyone else experienced a problem?
