Trouble accessing on network

Hi guys some help needed if possible . I can get onto site via wifi but cant if i switch to 4/5g . Just got a new phone but god knows where to start looking . Anyone else have this problem ? I use google search

It will be your adult restriction by your network. Just ask them to remove it, they don't ask or what you're looking at. They accept you're an adult and take it off. All done!

Most networks it's just a tick box or online form so you don't have to admit to anything lol
