Update photos

Tried to put a new photo on today but when clicking on upload file it takes me to a page where I can only use a live photo and not any of my saved photos. Only renewed my site support yesterday and wondering if it's connected

I can see no reason why you cannot post a photograph. Everything seems to be in order. Have you tried just posting say a face picture and making it private.

Or does it apply to all new photos and videos? If the latter suggest message admin.

Yes tried everything and it looks like Google is to blame but I can't unblock the lock as someone else has blocked it
