I was browsing photos and I was going to fab it. However there was no fab to click on. All his photos are the same. Is this a new feature.

No it isn't a new feature, a profile holder can choose whether to have the fab option turned on or not xx

OP's can select if they want their photos/videos 'FABBED' in their 'Privacy' settings:

""I think it's Fab" on photos: Allow users to "Fab" your photos. Your photo privacy settings are respected so if you set a photo to private it will be removed from "Fab'd" pages."👍

I'd just like to be the 4th poster to confirm that this is not a new feature and it's simply a choice available to users here: https://fabguys.com/my/privacy

(Account/Privacy Settings/Privacy/5th paragraph).
