"Must be nearly a year now I've not be able to post updates on my profile, wasnt initially fussed but it's proving annoying Anyone else have this? Tried the usual, different browsers, desktop and mobile but nothing Doesn't seem to be tech support for this either" The inability to post updates on your profile normally points to a restricted being placed on your account. Does as Emma says and contact Admin 👍 | |||

"Going out on a limb here, did you name and shame someone, or mention anything about drugs or other sites? That is often the reason Admin would pose those restrictions. As the others have said, you can try contacting admin, but I would venture the restrictions will remain, and they might only give guidance of why you had that removed. " They don't even give that information. They never respond as far as I am aware and it does say that on the contact page. | |||

They don't even give that information. They never respond as far as I am aware and it does say that on the contact page." Mike (Fabguysofficial) rarely engages int he forum due to most users wanting to argue the point. But he does look at the forums, and has previously encouraged the OPs before to think why they might have lost that ability. 9/10 is for naming and shaming... easy done when you're pissed off, but if someone reports you - depending on how often you've been reported normally leads to a loss of a function. | |||

"As I said, it's around a year ago I lost the this facility. I did get a ban for a week back then (think I mentioned my social media not sure, but think that was in main profile not update), every other function returned but the update Reported technical issue several times, so kinda hoping a moderator was looking in "It isn't a techinicall issue, it is a block by design. You seem to have figured out what the block is for, to get it lifted you would need to ask Admin from the contact links. If they are going to lift it they will mail and let you know. Sorry for the late reply, I was not logged in much in the last week | |||
