I’ve text twice, it deducted a few pence from balance but not the £5 and got no text back. Is it still working?

I had the same on Lebara in the past. For me it was because I had only just credited my PAYG with the credit. I left it a few hours and then it went through ok. At weekends I find “technology” doesn’t work as well - they’re all doing backups and upgrades out of hours lol.
