Can you change a private picture to a public one, I tagged a new one as private but can’t change it to public

yes you can go my account/manage photo's

you can change the options private ,only friends or any site member

once you change the option you have to scroll to bottom and click save the changes .

YOU have 3 options in photo [1]Public [2] Friends [3] Private. click on your choice then click save .hope that's help x
