You can choose to hide or display a notification on your own profile.

Anyone you have left on another profile can be displayed or hidden by the profile owner.

The only way I know to remove permanently is to delete your own profile.

If you mean to be able to stop another member showing a positive Verification from yourself that you no longer feel valid?

Just block them and they will be unable to display it.
