You'll see a message asking for photo mods. You will need to be a subscriber before the ad goes out, been on the site for a certain amount of time (if I recall it could be up to 18 months), and they'll want to know the typical times you're on the site - no point having 100 mods if all are on between 7pm and 12pm! I've never seen any request to be forum mod - I think they keep those more tightly controlled - I'd expect less numbers needed these days than for pics as any computer program / AI can assess for dodgy words/intent.

Plus reverse image search works wonders for spotting fakes and pic collectors, the algorithms will pick up the known banned words, and the admins will add or delete profiles/ profile scripts and ban from forums if they’re persistent on being a pain.

I’ve never heard of anyone getting a reply from the site owner contact points

Just enjoy it for what it is, there’s enough mods out there
