Just changed to planet and now my iPhone only shows a blank white page when I log on, but I can see the site if I turn WiFi off,

I don’t have any parent controls set!

I think you just have to find how to switch off adult content block. The service providers all seen to have different ways of doing it just to be bloody awkward. If for some reason you still can't then download a VPN that should bypass any blocks I think.

They tend to turn on plusnet protect as standard. Give them a ring and they’ll sort it for you.

Set private WiFi address to rotating.
