Don't keep trying..you'll be charged
I tried unsuccessfully in Jan 5 times and was charged £30.. on my bill this month..sent proof of charges and the texts but not received refund as yet..
FIRSTLY, please check your SPAM / BLOCKED folder on your messages app. Often the text will end up there. Don’t forget to mark it as NOT SPAM so it doesn’t end up there next time.
These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full
