I have a vid (39 secs long in my gallery on my phone). When i go to upload it, choose the file, its not there, any help appreciated. Tia.

Guess is it was loaded in gallery on another device. Mail it to yourself, open it on the device you want to upload it from and add it to gallery there. Or find it in google or amazon photos and save to gallery from there.
