Pics better quality

When you upload good quality pics to the site it seems to convert them to poor quality. Any chance of getting them uploading in better quality? Don't think low grade fuzzy pics do the person justice

The pics on your profile look fine. Even when I turn HD off in settings I find that pics look decent.
