I do not know what the bloody problem is but it is frustrating and has only happened in the last two months to me. I now keep the site on my phone and it seems to work as in it is possible to sign in when on mobile but it is not possible to access the site from the start to sign in when on mobile. Hope that makes sense but it needs fixed whatever the reasons.

It is an age restriction block by your provider, give them a call and ask them to switch it off xx

Download 1.1.1.1 from the app store and once enabled will bypass age restrictions and any WiFi restrictions

Fantastic information thank you and I can second this as I have just done this and tried with and without and it absolutely works brilliant. Thank you again for your help.

Log into account and remove them

I've had that problem for ages. Someone here suggested contacting my provider (O2) so I did. I was on the phone to them for nearly 40 minutes but it was well worth it because whatever the problem was they've sorted it out and I can use the app away from home in exactly the same way I do at home. Thanks to all of you.

Can highly recommend downloading the 1.1.1.1 from the app store posted by a poster above. I can connect to site on my phone when away from home wifi now which I have never been able to do for two months now. Never have any problems wherever I am now though.

Probably an age restriction imposed by your mobile provider (I know Tesco mobile do this).

If this is the case then your options are either contact your mobile service provider and ask them to remove the restriction on your account or try using a VPN on your phone. This creates a tunnel so your provider can’t see your traffic.

Just ringthe provider.. say your over 18 and require adult access.. it doesnt affect anything it doesnt email your wife yust grow some balls its just a technical restriction to stop minors.. so grow up.

Exactly this. Most of the time you can remove the block if you have your phone providers app installed.

It must have been down to a provider issue, I first contacted provider to have restriction lifted, was fine for years, then all of a sudden a few months ago it seemed like the restrictions where back on, I downloaded a free vpn loaded it up and it was fine, then all of a sudden I didn't need the vpn so it was back to been all good.. Data base updates or something who knows.
